Burger King — Restaurant in Lyons Township

ADVICE TO YOU: STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Last week I asked my friend to get BK for me as he drives and I don't. On two separate occasions I have asked him for a coke with no ice. Both times he came back and said they gave him a coke with ice and he didn't want to hold up the drive through over ice. Which I understand. The food is good but the staff must really either not care or are a bit. On the slow side. Whatever the case..... Management should have already picked up on stuff like this. How can you screw up a coke with no ice? Seriously. And not once but twice. I don't trust the ice from restaurant establishments because there could be bacteria. Where are the managers for quality assurance. I came by yesterday morning thinking I'll give them a 3rd and final chance..... The girl at the drive through window who took the money looked like she had an attitude problem. If you don't like working here just quit and let people who need a job work here instead. My customer service experience was just terrible. It's safe to say I'll be ordering from Wendy's from here on out which is across the street and they never get my order wrong. It seems like the BK staff at this location don't even care, at all.

Forgot to add: I also ordered a large strawberry shake with half the pumps of sugar that they use because the shakes are way too sweet and they didnt honor the request. This was on my birthday btw. Totally...

I don’t recommend anyone to eat at this Burger King location because I nosed they clean the tables very well I saw dead bugs and hair on the tables walking in. I typically refrain from giving negative reviews of restaurants, but after my recent experience at this Burger King location, I will never return. The customer service was incredibly rude and I felt discriminated against as a pregnant black woman. Despite waiting for two hours for my food to be prepared, they asked me to leave the restaurant with no valid reason. As someone who frequently visits this Burger King for lunch, I was shocked by the manager's behavior towards me. I was made to feel disrespected and uncomfortable while waiting for my Uber ride. The manager's lack of concern for my pregnancy only added to the unpleasant situation. Not only did she ask me to wait outside, but her racist remarks could still be heard from inside the restaurant. I believe the manager should improve her people skills as she seemed to have singled me out without any justified reason. There is no rule prohibiting customers from eating and waiting at this particular Burger King location, and I find their treatment of me...

This location, strangely enough with its terribly maintained exterior and overflowing garbage, which I'm sure isn't bringing rodents or bugs lol, is usually a miss. The workers are short tempered and sloppy with food, and orders are not accurate. ordered food today for a vegetarian, and my mozzarella sticks were the worst cooked chicken fries ever made with no explanation or refund. Fries were disgusting, you name it. Im curious who the owner is and how they can continue to operate this location like this. All the commercials I have to sit through and the food SUCKS this hard? Health department needs to shut this place down seeing the amount of untrimmed vegetation and running rats and mice im sure there a litany of code violations, if they don't care about outside can you imagine the inside? Skip the stomach ache from the overpaid tweenagers or lazy bosses that don't put anywhere near the quality of the food the company claims in their ads. Someone needs to shut this place down, it's miserable, tired, and nobody there is happy ever....
