The Image Store — Local services in Lyons Township

My wife and I came to the store about 2 weeks ago On July 2nd 2018 to put an order for shirts for a family trip. Today is July 20th 2018 and the shirts are not even done the lady at the front desk keep asking us questions they should have already know all about the projects information because we were communicating with Luis through email. They honestly don’t even follow up. The Image Store biz needs way more professionalism when its comes to deadlines. The picture I provide is the shirts we wanted to get printed which were still undone, Luis from The Image Store Biz said there was no problem in bringing our own shirts but 1 day before the deadline they said we can only use 50/50 Cotton, because the shirts we provided are polyester and there machines can tear them up. This place is a joke, i dropped off a shirt with PDF files to the Image Store salespeople 2 weeks ago. I have repeatedly tried to follow up and contact Mr. Luis Ramirez. I was first told that my mock up would take 48 hours to complete. After 48 hours I reached out and they hadnt even started on my project. I was then told they needed til Tuesday or the next week, still wasnt ready or started yet. On that day i was told it would be ready Thursday, still not started. Finally i was told they started working on it Friday and I would see pictures with updates of the process. I have recieved nothing. It is now Tuesday again, 2 weeks after my orignal visit and I can not reach anyone at the store number or via a cell number I was given. This company is the best place for any of your printing needs! I recently was in Mexico, needed 20 shirts done right away for a sales conference I was attending in Kansas city. I called, placed the order and in less than 2 days my shirts were completed. I have placed numerous orders from this company and have referred many of the retailors I work with to check them out as well.
