I went through drive through to buy 2 caramel iced coffees and repeated the order twice through the speaker. Then when I drove up to pay the lady gave me the drinks and said they both had caramel. Left and about 20min into my drive noticed they didn't have caramel. I called to make the complain over the phone. Whe. I calle i said. Hi I was just there and wish to make a complain. The lady said go ahead. I went ahead told her the problem and she said if I went back with the drinks she can give the right order. I said I'm 20min out heading to work. I am not driving back 20min then drive another 1hour to work. She said well there is nothing else I can do. I ask her if she was a manager and she said no she was just a worker. Name Angie! She clearly made me waste my time and sounded like she didn't care. I called corporate and they said they would pass complaint to store owner. I still have not heard! So upsetting cus we hate the original iced coffee and these drinks litteraly went down the drain. The least they could have offered is another drink free of purchase...

Read moreI've passed three times by this Dunkin location right before heading to work and have had the worst service from a Dunkin Donuts, ever. The first time they managed to give me the wrong order. The second time, I paid cash and they didn't give me the correct change back (missing $5.00), this third time they once again gave me the wrong order and still managed to say that what I had ordered wasn't originally what I had said. I'm not one to complain, but this has gotten to a point where the employee is arguing at me over ordering a flavored iced coffee that I am allergic to.
