Update: I will be taking my complaint to corporate as I returned per the reply given to my initial bad review. Wasted time coming back trusting the reply. What a joke, as I encountered the same punk kid Ernesto who would not redeem my coupon claiming I said I had already came. I said no i stated my sister and her friend came and nothing needed to be scanned as he lied about that originally. Ridiculous. Don’t bother coming here with any promo. They will just try and get out of redeeming it. And they do not honor their replies. ORIGINAL: They don’t honor their own advertisement/promos! Made absolute no sense why Ernesto was not able to redeem a coupon I received in the mailer 2 days ago when my Friend came in earlier the day and redeemed it just fine. He simply began stuttering about some scanner? That his co-worker took home? I had verified with my Friend regarding this scanner and she stated all they did was ask for her id and had her sign a form to receive the $10 Free Play. And when I went back to question this scanner he then said well…I am not giving you the reward and that’s it!? And went back to eating a meal with a older gentleman at a table. I really enjoy coming here. It's so clean and friendly. I have to give props to Daniela, Denise, Cynthia, and Simon. They have gone above and beyond to be courteous, friendly, and welcoming! I visited on 6-9-24 while Simon was working and again great experience which makes me look forward to visiting when my other great experiences with Daniela, Cynthia, and Denise!
