From the moment you step into QBBQ, you're greeted with the tantalizing aroma of authentic American BBQ. The air is filled with the smoky scent of perfectly grilled meats, setting the stage for a truly memorable dining experience. The restaurant exudes a happy and cheerful vibe, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. On a hot day, QBbq feels like an oasis, offering both physical and sensory relief. The decor is charming and rustic, with wooden tables and chairs that evoke a classic BBQ joint. String lights add a warm glow, and cheerful music fills the space, enhancing the convivial ambiance. The walls are adorned with BBQ-themed art and memorabilia, giving the place a cozy, down-home feel. For my meal, I decided to keep it traditional and simple, deciding for two brisket burnt ends tacos. When they arrived at my table, they looked absolutely delectable. Taking the first bite, I was treated to an explosion of flavors. The brisket burnt ends were tender and succulent, with a rich, smoky flavor that was perfectly complemented by the sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. The creamy slaw added a delightful crunch and freshness, balancing the richness of the meat. The chimichurri was vibrant and packed with flavor, adding an extra layer of complexity to each bite. The tacos were a perfect harmony of textures and tastes, making each mouthful a delightful experience. Every element, from the soft tortillas to the juicy brisket and the crisp slaw, was expertly crafted and combined. QBBQ delivered an exceptional meal and a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be coming back to explore the rest of their menu. This place is a must-visit for anyone craving real American BBQ in a welcoming and joyful setting

My fiancée and I tried this place for the first time a few years ago and absolutely loved it. Today, we were back for dinner after catching a movie next door, and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the brisket, which used to be my favorite, and it was DRY. It was served barely warm and to give you an idea of how dry it was, my plastic fork could barely go through the meat. Even with sauce on it, it was difficult to eat, and i just couldn’t do it. I decided to order something else and tried the ribs instead and those were great as was my fiancée’s meal (sausage and burnt ends). We both got the same sides (mac/cheese and mashed potatoes) and those were okay. We both still absolutely love the hush puppies though. The service is also great, so while I am extremely disappointed with the brisket, especially because I had been craving it for a while, the service was great and my fiancée’s food was fine, so I’m giving it three stars. If I come back, in the future, I’ll be sure to update.
