Never have I've been so disappointed with Starbucks as I was yesterday. Customer service was horrible. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 mins to pick up mobile order.Once at the intercom I was told if it was not ready and i would need to go to the back of the line, mind you the line is super long due to the red cup give away. I asked if I can place my order again and she said no I would still need to go inside to get refund. I took my chance going to the window since my mobile order said it would be ready in 6-9 mins. That time frame had already passed. I got to the window and it was not ready. They told me I would need to come inside and "wait a while". Was told I was better of ordering at the intercom. Tried to place my order at the window and was refused. I ended up driving off. Twenty minutes wasted. I do not understand why it was so hard for them to prepare my order as if I had ordered it at the intercom. I waited in line like everyone else in that drive thru. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE. I will avoid this location whenever possible. EXTREMELY disappointed...

That being said, when my drive thru order took a while I didn’t mind waiting. But when it was wrong: danish heated when asked for it to not be drink missing customizations that were paid for and didn’t get but one of the 2 cake pops, which I didn’t see till I was home for the toddler. When I took the drink back in it was the attitude that made me say never again. We all know if you drink Starbucks you know your drink if it’s off you know that too, so when I said my drink was missing the chai, the response I was expecting was oh no problem we’ll remake it, what I got was: well I put it in there YOU should have asked for more. Ma’am this is a $9 drink I have 4-5 times a week. Never have I ever been afraid to drink something that was remade in Starbucks but this visit gave me those vibes.
