I went late in the evening a few days ago after a long day to purchase 2 Large Chili's at this site with Cheddar asked they stir the pot so the meat and beans are present. Along with 2 baked potatoes with everything.
When I got home this is what we encountered 2 dried hard potatoes. The chili was liquid thin with barely any beans I must say it had the ground meat. 𤢠I immediately called to speak with the Manager present at the time named Oscar who at the moment was apologetic who took my first name and said he would inform the day Manager of the incident and would be given the order at no charge this was over $20.00 plus.
So I go today to obtain my order at no charge the current Manager Susana said she needed to verify this with Manager Oscar via a call.
Today 11-16-23 I waited patiently only to be told yes per "Oscar" but it would only be for 1 set losing over $10.00 đł I responded to the Manager Susana unacceptable and disrespectful she re-iterated only 1 he was approving. I did state I will not accept I spent and am now losing over $20.00 I told her that's fine I know what I will do. That is filing a complaint today with the Wendy's Corporation on the bad food and lack of good Customer Service with a full reimbursement. I have had once in a while some minor bad items but always let it go. This was too much money to look the other way. I would have thought since I didn't have to cross 2 rail road tracks so 4 in total for a round trip it would be faster because if you live in the south berwyn area you know how ridiculous it is to get from ogden to Cermak. Long story short took 23 minutes to get my order through the drive thru which the majority of the time was simply try and place my order. Not only did they get my order wrong but after I repeated my order to her she still charged me for the wrong things knowing I could sense she had charged me for the wrong things. Go to grab my food at the next window sure enough order was wrong. Wrong food and when I arrived back at my job all 3 drinks were wrong or should I say 1 of the 3 was right. Only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they at least made the food good on top of that they didn't charge me for the right order since the right order was more. Hopefully next time...
   Read moreService over here at this Wendy's that we are at Riverside Illinois close to Brookfield Zoo was not the best source of all the Wendy's have been to a drive-through is very slow order was not right the mobile app for Wendy's did not work in the Drive-Thru because of their Wi-Fi it wouldn't allow me to use my coupon and then on top of it and didn't even give me the right food had to go back through the drive-thru took me about 25 minutes and it was a holiday weekend which is not normal from what they tell me because holiday weekends normally takes a half hour to 45 minutes to get through a fast food restaurant no way I guess I'm going to be calling customer service 1-800 number my friends happy Easter to you all I'm not mad at Wendy's nor anybody else just stating the facts any of this stuff doesn't make sense I'm sorry I speak to a condition is not typing well and I have dyslexia that's all you...
