As someone who lives in Jacksonville, FL, I rarely go to Mcclenny, at all! I have friends that live there, and if you want a night out, Mcclenny aint the best place to go. So we go to Woody's. It was my 2nd time eating there. We got a server named Lisa. This woman started out good. We liked her service and I didn't have anything negative to say about her. UNTIL I got my food. I won't speak on my friends' experiences, but I will speak on mine. I ordered a Jumbo Hot Dog with chili cheese and slaw. She brings me a Jumbo Sausage Dog. With all the onions and peppers on it, I didn't know it was a sausage dog. Then I proceed to add all my chili, slaw, and cheese to it. So Now you can't see the meat at all. I cut the outter piece, and its literally just toppings and bread. I cut another piece, which is about half way. I eat all the bread and topping and then I notice.. wait.. this is sausage. So I stop eating it and flag my waitress down. After my friend tells her about his food, I tell her about mine. I literally ask her, "Does the Hot Dog meat supposed to look like this? Because this is sausage." She looks at it and goes.. "Oh.. no." Without so much as another word to me, she walks away. She comes to the table a few times and doesn't even acknowledge me or address the issue with the plate. So after being ignored, I tell her. "This isn't what I wanted." She asked me if I wanted her to bring me Jumbo Hot Dog. I tell her "No. Can I just give this back, because its not what I wanted." She, with an attitude, says "Sure." She goes to walk away. In a NOT WHISPER voice, to where my whole table can hear her, she says "Even though you ate half the damn thing." I was SOOOO LIVID! Like.. I just know this woman did NOT say that. I decide.. No.. I'm not going viral. I won't go off. Just pay for what we did eat and be out. When she comes back to our table to bring my friend his burger, I asked her just to make sure. "This isn't going to be on my ticket is it?" She, still being a rude woman, says "No. You said you wanted me to take it off." I'm getting more upset by the second because like.. I TOLD YOU WHAT I WANTED. I EXPLAINED TO YOU HOW I CAME TO FIND THAT THIS WASN'T WHAT I WANTED. YOU MESSED UP THE DANG ORDER. NOT ME OR ANYONE AT MY TABLE. AND YOU GOT NERVE TO BE RUDE? So I just.. leave her a tip, WHICH I DIDN'T WANNA LEAVE HER ONE and I went back to my friends house. After wrestling with my experience, I decided to call and got a hold of Brittney, the manager. She was very sweet. If not for her, I wouldn't have had a better side to my evening. BUT i had to leave a review because if you go here.. DO NOT GET LISA. SHE IS RUDE AND OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T"T CARE IF YOU HEAR ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT HER MOUTH! Brittney sounds like a sweet manager, but I don't know if Woodys will really do anything about RUDE LISA, so I will not be going back. My friends have stated they won't return either. That's 2 households, not coming to your establishment because of 1 unpleasant waitress who should have wanted to do right by HER MISTAKE when it was brought to her attention...

It's supposed to be tamper resistant but instead I got a wide open bag wide open container and missing chicken pieces. Not to mention the sauce was not Dallas I eat there all the time in person and I get the Dallas wings all the time this is the first time I use doordash to deliver it. I don't understand why they can't even tie a knot in the bag. For a person that spends $38 on wings you would think that the bag would be tamper resistant. You know doordash is some of them smoke some of them have dog hair flying around or they have other people in the car with them so anyone can breathe on it or whatever to it have a couple pieces of chicken for their lunch. Not to mention since it's wide open the temperature wasn't good either. So the temperature was bad the flavor wasn't what it should be and there was missing chicken pieces. I have to be concerned the fact that they can't even properly secure the food what had if it fell over in the car at least if it was sealed or even a tied not., The food would have been secure. But no. So disappointing in so many different ways. I will never order Woody barbecue through doordash ever again. Woody's you are supposed to have it where it is tamper resistant tie the bag put a piece of tape on it do something but for me to open my door and see this laying on the ground wide open unexcusable. You guys need to do better. Why don't you put the shoe on the other foot how would you like it if someone delivered food to your house and they didn't make sure that the container was closed or tamper-resistant. There's so many different scenarios that can happen to people's food. Smoking dander etc. At least when you order from Pier 6 they secure their food by simply tying a knot in the plastic bag so you know no one's been messing with it. And I believe someone was messing with mine because I was missing some chicken pieces so whoever had some hope you had...
Read moreThey may 'set the bar' for bbq but they get a F for customer service and integrity. I pulled into the drive-through lane tonight, waited behind a couple other cars for about 15 minutes and then placed my (small) order at the two-way microphone order system at the drive-through lane. I waited for another 15 minutes or so before I got to the pickup window. Before that I had noticed the drive through employee at the window said something to the folks in the car ahead of me and the people in the car immediately drove off. That was a little strange but I didn't think much about it and pulled up to the window to get my order. The employee at the window immediately told me it would be a few more minutes wait. She did not say anything about what I had ordered, just that it would be another delay before I got my order.
So I waited another 10 minutes or so. She then stuck her head out the window and asked if I was there for a pickup. I told her no and that I had just placed the order about 20 minutes earlier in the drive through lane. She then said "sorry, I did not understand your order through the speaker. Then she said "I need to take your order now and it will be at least 30 minutes before we can give you your order". I only ordered two bbq sandwiches!
This employee was deceptive. She let me place the order when I first got in the drive through lane although she had no intention of doing anything with it. She lied about not understanding me when I placed the order and that was here excuse as to why she did not take it at the two-way microphone order system.
If I were a manager this deceptive practice would really bother me. I'm sure I was not the only customer in the order lane today, this week, or this month who drove away with a really bad feeling...
