The food was good, maybe even better than good! I had the buffet, which cost approx $12, and it was different. Unlike their competitors- they don't serve there buffet pizza's on a table. Instead, they keep it in a warmer , for you to reach in and get your own pizza. Honestly I didn't see a lot of choices types of pizza, but the pizza they had tasted great! I don't normally eat pizza but my co-workers Chose Larry A's pizza and once I started eating from the buffet I made several trips back!lol DON'T, I REPEAT, DON'T GO THEIR IF YOU ARE WEAK AND ON A DIET!LOL The meal came with a small salad and drink, it was a nice gesture from the owners to add that so that one doesn't leave thinking they'd been untrue to their goal of eating healthy! When my wife asked me what I had for lunch, I honestly answered "I had a salad honey....!" Of course I eventually 'fessed up to the 8-10 slices of that oh so good pizza! (Larry A's might want to consider building a nap room! I had to walk an extra mile to walk off that guilty pleasure!haha) Every one in my group loved their meals! The service was excellent and only had one hiccup! I think someone in the kitchen maybe had a senior moment because they forgot a sandwich ! But after a wait they got the food out and I personally witnessed my coworker devour that sandwich! It wasn't pretty!lol Again, another...

We are not local to Macomb and have lived here a couple years now. Never heard of Larry A's until my 1st grader brought home a "free personal pizza" coupon from school for Larry A's for being a student of the month. He was super excited (pizza is his favorite) and we thought "how cool that a local business is doing that for the kids!" My husband took him to get his pizza. My son made sure to put a tip in their gratuity jar. Waited the 20 mins and went to grab the pizza. When my husband comes to the car, I could tell by his face something was up. I thought he had dropped the pizza. He just handed it to me. I immediately opened it (the box felt empty) and this was the pizza they gave us. It was cold and hard and ultimately after a test bite, my kid decided to throw it away with tears in his eyes and had food at home instead.. I get it's a free pizza, but if you're doing this for the kids, do better. My husband and I just looked at each other after the fact like "Welp, I would never go back now.." The next day we got him a cheese pizza from Casey's to make up for it and he said "now THAT is a...

i spent $14 on spaghetti and meatballs, when i asked for the meatballs i was asked how many then i was told it was a per meatball scenario on the price, so im thinking must be big meatballs but alas they wernt any bigger than what i could get at the grocery stores deli, when i got my entree i was wondering did they give me a bowl for a 5 yr old, i ate everything they gave me except the huge bread with butter i cant say i tasted any garlic but only had a little since there was barely enough sauce to cover what little spaghetti i got, but nontheless i was still pretty hungry but at least satisfied enough not to feel starving ill, i stayed to finish my 2nd drink since it would be about the only thing there this evening i would be happy with , way overpriced for what you get, this was a few hrs ago and i just did a carry out order from pizza hut for 10 bucks and feel way more satisfied...

Travelling in from out of town and checking out the pizza joint near the hotel led me to Larry A's. The staff of young women were friendly and accommodating. The pizza was hot, very cheesy, and toppings cooked to perfection. Crisp but not burned bacon and pepperoni seems like a luxury when the average place burns or undercooks one or the other. When I return to town, I'll be sure to come back for both a slice and a drink.

I love Larry A's pizza! Its location is hidden in a small stip mall, but the delicious pizza is worth the effort to find! The dining area could use some serious updating, and the floor needed attention (scrubbed and waxed). I come here for the tasty pizza, not the ambiance. It is a favorite "destination" for me when I'm in the Macomb area. FYI: There is a 4% additional charge if a credit or debit card is used.
