McDonald's — Restaurant in Macomb

Never had problems here before but.. Tried the McDonalds app for the first time today (already uninstalled) and sat in the curbside pickup for about 20 minutes. Another vehicle pulled up next me around this time. I called McDonalds and confirmed they had my order. About 10 minutes later the vehicle next to me backed out and drove away without their food. At about the 35 minute mark, an employee came out with the wrong order. I told him how long I had been waiting and what I had ordered. He asked if I would like a refund, I said yes. After going inside and then returning outside he stated that he could issue a refund but would have to take my card inside. That did not happen and I left at that point to get food from somewhere else. So, I can say that two curbside pickups paid and didn't receive their food or a refund. I understand that it gets busy but if they can't handle offering a service like this they should stop. We won't be going to McDonalds any time soon.

Update: My wife went through the drive through this morning and after being told to pull around and waited for around 20 minutes had to go in. They had to make her food there as she watched, after she told them what she ordered....

On my order was a quarter pounder, and 2 6 piece happy meal with fries and a Mc Flurry. The person taking our order said they didn’t have things even thought they did. Then another person took over and finished our order. We got our happy meals and pulled forward to wait. We waited for over 10 minutes for one quarter pounder.we got our food then drove home. The food was surprisingly warm and they got everything right. I then ate 2 of the chicken nuggets. On my 3rd nugget I took a bite and felt something hard. I thought it was just one piece so I kept chewing. It was still hard and I couldn’t bite it. I then spit it. I looked at it and it was a bone. There was a chicken bone in my nugget. It was over a 1inch long. It was a terrible experience and I will never go...

They get your order wrong more often than not and then refuse to fix their mistakes. If you go through the drive thru good luck getting them to bring out your missing items. If you call them they argue, tell you to come in and get it yourself, and hang up on you. One employee threatened to hit my 15 year old son and more than half of them are on drugs..probably explains why they can't do their jobs properly. I have personally watched their manager "Rae" get so high on pills that she couldn't keep her eyes open. Their floors are disgusting and covered in trash and they have cockroaches running around the back. I know someone that worked there and managed to get a video of it, shared it to Facebook and they threatened to fire him if he didn't take it down. This place is...
