I've had a lot of bad experiences with this particular McDonald's recently. On one occasion, I ordered using their app. They made me pull up and wait. After waiting more than 20 minutes in the drive thru line, my food was cold. I had them remake it. The next time, I again had to pull up and wait 20 minutes, but this time I never received my order, but everyone else had. I had to go inside, then back to my car to get my receipt because they insisted on it, then back in to get them to remake my order.
Tonight, I was asked to pull up again even though there was nobody else in line, because they were making fries. I said that I preferred not to pull up because the last time I had been forgotten. I was calm, not rude. Someone else came up, probably the shift manager, and with a snippy tone insisted I had to pull up even though nobody was in line besides me. She came out a few minutes later with my order, and guess what? The fries were lukewarm. So because she was p* off, she gave me old fries, and the reason she made me pull up - making fresh fries - was apparently conveniently discarded for the sake of pettiness.
It's a stupid policy to have people pull forward when there's no line, but I can understand if they're required by their boss to enforce it. However, her petty and unprofessional behavior was...

I took a break from MCD after constant disappointment, and I should have prolonged that break. I ordered 20 nuggets and a large fry on the app. I kid you not it took 30 minutes of waiting in the store. Everyone had priority but me, even a worker who took off and ordered food 15+ mins into my waiting got their food before me. The fries had no salt and were cold, the nuggets were good, but I'll just use a air fryer instead of wait 30m for chicken. I don't think I'll be returning to this McDonald. It would take less time to get my food if I went to a actual restaurant. This MCD is nothing short of a failure.
OLD REVIEW (3 Stars)
3+ months ago the food used to be a lot better. Many times I've received over cooked and under cooked food from here. That said, I'm probably done eating McDonald's and will go elsewhere for fast food as every past time I've gone I was disappointed.

   Read morehonestly, such a sad excuse for McDonaldâs. I believe that the service just keeps getting worst and worst, especially close to closing! For example, I was trying to get food before I had to go into work and I waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, the line was backed up to the road and was moving very slowly - I got in line at 11:40pm & did not reach the intercom until 12:03am, the manager than told me once I reached the intercom âsorry we closed at midnight.â , so I told her how long Iâve been waiting in line and her excuse was that she was short staffed, I realize how hard it is being understaffed but I was in drive through for over 20 minutes than refused service, clearly I was willing to wait & Iâm assuming the two other cars behind me were as well thatâs been waiting too? They even shut off the parking lot lights while there were still cars in the drive through, but me and the other cars still waited, I ended up being late for work with no food. Wasted my time. Iâm pretty sure that if those customers have been in line before the closing time; you legally must serve them but anyone else who comes after closing time cannot be served.
