Although I do recommend this establishment, I must advise that on today I placed an order in the drive through of which I requested none of a specific item due to allergies. I was asked to pull into a parking spot & they'd bring it out to me. This was fine. I had no issue with that. After parking, I noticed that the specific item I requested to be excluded was still listed on the ticket, which was still all good because mistakes do happen. At this point, I went inside just to advise of the mistake, show it on the receipt, & make sure it was corrected with no issue. I'm still good & did so without an ounce of contempt or frustration.
At this point, Olivia decides to "chastise" me for not advising beforehand due to procedures regarding food allergies to which I did correct her to advise this was stated when the order was place. Here is where I have the problem from my stance as an administrative professional of many years & business owner: I am well aware of different procedures that are needed in food preparation especially in my case. When a customer advises of a mistake, don't immediately assume they have an attitude & are attacking the establishment or any employee & LISTEN!! Take the time to listen to understand & not listen to respond based on assumptions you may have. This is customer service one-on-one. You never know who you may be serving.
This is my suggestion to Olivia as this could very well be grounds for a complaint not just to the corporate office but also the BBB and other state & federal agencies.
This is coming from a customer who frequents at your...
Read moreI was visiting the area and Iâve been to many chicken salad chicks all over the US so I decided to stop at this one for lunch. Upon walking in it looked just like all the other ones and it did have a second dining room. I was put back when I saw the cashier was wearing short jean shorts at the register instead of the normal khaki slacks. Then when I went to go find a table, every table was full of crumbs and hadnât been wiped down and floor had debris. The trays werenât on the table however they were never wiped down and the floor had a lot of debris on it then I noticed there was a manager sitting with another employee sitting with him and they were eating McDonaldâs and Carry out from some other restaurant in the main dining room which I thought was a poor reflection on this restaurant That they werenât even eating their own food later the employee had been sitting at that table got up and then moved to the second dining room, where they sat at another table and they were goofing around with another employee. Whether or not they were off clock. I have no idea, but it just didnât look good considering that the tables all couldâve been wiped down. Visit was 3/12/24 and I was there approximately 30 minutes with no change in what I viewed. Yes, thank you itâs perfect. I would like to add another food was a good quality as it always...
Read moreI hope this review helps not just the reader but also staff. When I walked in my first impression was FILTHY! My thought was ok maybe they are in the process of cleaning unfortunately that wasn't the case. I made my way to the cashier where she greeted me and proceeded to assist me in ordering the FANCY NANCY! let me tell you there was NOTHING FANCY about this Nancy. The young lady in the back had such a horrible disposition that I asked her was she ok??? I asked for tomatoes there were none the bread was soggy and thrown together so bad that I had to ask the young lady was it something she would eat? The sandwiches aren't expensive but customers also pay for excellent customer service! I asked the young lady assisting to get the manager Cody who certainly apologized and refunded my money back! Would I revisit this location again absolutely not! Lastly as an African American woman myself the braids need to be put in a bun if you are going to be preparing food. After she fixed my sandwich she proceeded to readjust her hair and make the...
