I had very good experiences in the past but today two of the associates were rude and unprofessional. They informed me that it's against their policy for customers to check themselves out now. I felt personally offended. Like they assumed I wanted to steal something. It's not even about what we said but how they did it. Pure nasty. I will not be back to any of your stores due to that experience.
Had another bad experience a manager who claims his name is bre who would not give me his full name. I came into the store after purchasing two pairs of gaming headphones that were staticy, I had to literally turn the aux part in circles to get it to work. Instead of exchanging the product due to it being defective he says he will test the product himself. It was rude. He came back from the back of the store and stated that it did work, our policy is there and I can't exchange the product since it's opened and works. I cannot try headphones without opening it for one. For two why would I come to the store to tell you something did not work and lie. I am disappointed in the rudeness of the manager and his refusal to contact someone else to assist me. I called another store and she said it should be exchanged and offered to do that at her store. I appreciate that however it's about customer service. Many think that one customer does not matter but we add up. Five below employees bad service reflects on the whole company. I tried to reach out to customer service and left a voicemail and was not contacted back. Will not be back. I would rather pay three times the price and receive good customer...

I understand you’re working, so if you need to get somewhere that a paying customer is standing, say excuse me. Don’t stand there huffing & puffing trying to move me.
