7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Macon

My husband and I LOVE 7 brew! My favs are the iced sweet n salty and the iced blondie, both extra sweet. His fave is the iced white chocolate mocha the way it comes. My first initial thought was the only thing missing from here is breakfast items because I absolutely love dunkins sausage egg and cheese croissant and 7 brew doesn't have that, but they now have muffin tops, and I LOVE blueberry muffins!! I haven't tried theirs yet, but I will be 😁. If I could suggest any change, it would be in the cups and lids because they aren't as sturdy as they should be. It always feels like the top is going to come off and when you pick the cup up, it dents in quite a bit. They just need an all around sturdier cup in my opinion. I dont leave a lot of reviews but I feel the need to review 7brew in the hopes that management will see this. The drinks here are delicious and staff is so friendly. The only reason I can only give 4 stars is because employees are encouraged to make extra conversation with customers. I understand management is probably trying to encourage them to build rapport with customers because the other locations I've been to are the same in this sense. However not all of us want to chat more than necessary when getting our drinks. I appreciate the friendliness and understand some customers are fine with this but as someone that just wants to get my drink and enjoy my quiet time in my car - the small talk keeps me from going...

Be careful when ordering sugar free. We love this place but this morning my diabetic spouse was served what I can only guess was a full sugar drink. Now they are battling high blood sugar. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. They brought me the drinks but couldn't tell me which was sugar free. They apologized and remade a drink, but today the ball was totally dropped. This is a big problem for a diabetic and more caution needs to be taken. I don't want to stop coming here but I will if this happens again. Be diligent! This is someone's health you are gambling with.
