Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Macon

Everytime i order a banana split i get a drop of each topping at this one. I dont know why at all but this is the last time im going there.

I get maybe one strawberry (if im lucky) with a single drop of sauce, barely any carmel (I swap it for the pinapple) and like two spurts of chocolate that mostly ends up on the bottom rather then the top. The only part thats generous is the scoop of ice cream and banana but that alone does not a banana split make, especially dairy queens version of it. Even the whipped cream is 4 little buds.

I dont know if its like a worker in particular that does it or like management doesnt know or something i just cant justify the price of a specialty ice cream that im not getting the full toppings for. I will continue to go out of my way to go to the other two dairy queens for this. This is the 4th time ive given them a chance and the last.

The one in grey is fantastic as is the older one on pio nono ave so i would recommend the other two vs this one if you really need your ice cream fix and not to have your toppings half missing or barely there to begin with.

This was legitimately the worst trip to this location that I have ever had. We went through the drive thru and ordered a sundae and a Blizzard. There was a line, so we probably waited around ten or fifteen minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got to the window. Once at the window, they took our payment and provided our food. Service like this is normally appreciated. However, it appears that when we ordered, they made our sundae and Blizzard and let them sit the 10-15 minutes it took for us to get to the window. This means the sundae, which is in a cup like holder had partially melted. The blizzard, which had a sundae lid on because it was overflowing had also melted and proceeded to spill all over my hands as I opened the lid. The Blizzard was also poorly made. I got the new peach cobbler Blizzard and there was almost nothing but the chunks of crust, very little peach, and the ice cream was melted in between. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We stopped at this place while we were passing through Macon. I order a double cheese burger. Didn't think to check it but once I did I noticed it was no cheese on the burger. I was already on the highway by then. I googled the number and called them. The manager was rude and the some other lady that worked there was hollering in the background . Told me to bring the burger back and he would fix another one. I told him it wouldn't be until the next day. He said well you can bring it then. Okay so i brought it back today he fixed another one. The new burger look old and the meat looked gray. I took another chance with them and ordered a strawberry ice cream with pecans. The guy still put peanuts in it. I don't know if they can't comprehend or what.
