I would like to say the two ladies that work here Audrey and Adrienne they are wonderful people. They done a great job with helping me with everything but their manager that guy will try to swindle you out of your money, although whatever payment that he is asking you for that you do not have to put down Does go towards your credit. It helps you in the long run, but what if someone else got approved for something and they did not have to put any money down. He still tries to make them put money down when they do not have to. He is really bad for business. I was approved for some thing and I still could have gotten it. I went two days before the 20% end of the month sale and was told I had to put money down $200 to be is that that will go towards my balance of 1670 which was cool and understanding but I also said I was approved for 1400 and the balance of what I want. It was like 1460 or something like that The misunderstanding before about the 20% was the days was messed up so I was going to be able to sign papers get my stuff deliver Wednesday with the 20% taken off my balance. I went up to the counter and spoke with the manager we cleared it up but he had a attitude about the whole situation and wanted to get $200 towards the balance, two days or the 20% off sale for the end of the month which is today so I decided to come today, which I was told, I was not going to have to put nothing down And he still wanted me to put 200 down today and it is 20% off my balance and I got approved for 1400 so if my credit approves me for $1400 and the balance of the furniture I want would be knock down 20% why on earth would I have to put down any money when I cover the balance and some. This guy had a bad attitude and bad energy and I was required not to put anything down and he still wanted to try to get money from me. I advise anyone if you are going to any establishment go to farmers furniture but not this location. The manager sucks once again thank you Miss Adrienne and Miss Audrey you two ladies are great outstanding people. Read moreI had wrote a review the other day about the way the lawnmower was delivered with a dead battery and how the guys were in a big hurry to go and my husband Lawrence had to push it in the fence because it wouldn't run after being in the shop for almost a month. I was disappointed in the store that we really enjoyed doing business with. As of today I wanted to edit my review and check 5 stars service. True the battery wasn't the same one from the factory but once we spoke to the store manager, Kaila Williams, she did something that is TOTALLY unheard of....she went to Walmart and bought a new battery for the mower AND delivered it to us herself. We were amazed because you don't see customer service like that anymore. So here is a BIG THANK YOU to you Kaila we are happy that you resolved this for us! God bless you! Read moreI’d give 0 stars if possible. The people in the store have always been nice and tried to help. But oh boy when the printer runs out of paper and your payment doesn’t get recorded, you’re in for a rude awakening. This happened to me and I took a screenshot from my bank account showing when I made the payment but oh HELL NO, someone at corporate will report to the credit bureau that you’re 30 and 60 days late and after showing proof that I made the payment they said they would take care of it and I paid the account off that day. A month to two months later guess what still shows up..... you got it. I’ve talked till I’m blue in the face and it may cost me a lot more but it’s time for an attorney to step in to get this resolved. I’ll never ever buy anything from any farmers furniture store...
