Came here before work and got 3 soft taco supreme's, after leaving and getting to work I noticed there was nothing but meat and cheese on the tacos. I tried to call multiple times to tell them that my order was wrong and they literally never pick up the phone. After work I came back and told the manager the issue (it was after 10PM at this point and I was still in my uniform) I asked her for a refund and provided a receipt and she asked for the food back like I would just leave taco's sitting in my car for like 6 hours. I told her I didn't have them and explained I was at work and tried to call multiple times just to receive no answer. She then had an attitude and told me she's not giving me a refund which is ridiculous because how is it my fault you guys don't pick up the phone. She called her manager to see if she could give me the refund then came out and told me that she can give me a refund "this time" but next time she won't like they plan on messing up my order another time. I told her there won't be a next time because every time I come here the wait in the line is 30+ minutes and they still mess up with all that time they had. This was just the first time I came back. And not only that they rarely ever have anything in stock (tomatoes, lettuce, and NEVER baja blasts don't even bother with that.) Instead of listening to what I was saying she immediately turned her back to me and went inside lol worst customer service experience I ever had. Read moreThey don't follow directions very well I asked for red sauce on my 5-layer burrito I didn't get any I got a ton of sour cream and usually well that's a good thing on it burrito supreme not so much on the five layer burrito without the Red Sauce and then I asked for a burrito supreme with no lettuce and it had lettuce on it I also like to get the Mexican pizza and when I special order they look at me like I'm speaking another language I don't want beans and I don't want meat and I tell them that I want the bottom layer to look exactly like the top with sauce cheese and tomato and they look at me like they have no idea what I want so I started saying I want two tops and then I usually have to get the manager to explain to her or him what I want so the manager can explain to the employees exactly what I want and then they charge you extra for the cheese and the tomato even though you are not getting the most expensive part of a Mexican pizza the beef and the bean there should not be an extra charge to the customer as Taco Bell is still coming out ahead of the ball game and sometimes you get a lot of grief from the workers when you try to explain what you want beoz you're not using the kiosk and I can't use the kiosk becoz usually I'm getting a special order. Read moreThis was a couple weeks ago I just wanted to try and calm down before posting a review. What terrible terrible terrible service I received. There's no excuse for the way I was treated. It's okay to make a mistake on order it's no big deal I don't mind. I jokingly asked if I could get a drink since I was being asked to pull around the building and wait. That was the point they got ugly and extremely rude. I decided with that attitude I'm not going to pull around the building and wait I'm going to sit right there. After two or three employees came to the window asking me to leave because I'm running up their clock, my food finally came. Considering the experience I just had and the fact that it was messed up the first time of course I'm going to take a quick peek and make sure everything is in order before leaving. I believe the manager came to the window again threatening to call the police on me. It was quite an ordeal for something that could have been simple. That little drink that cost the business only maybe 20 cent to make would have kept me happy would have gotten me off to the side of the building like they wanted. With or without a drink they should have at least gave me service with a smile and manners. This is becoming a common problem in the workplace.
