Very personable leaders that’s are working to achieve quality.

Once this place works like a well oiled machine I think it will be truly exceptional. I can already see it weeks in! Great job you guys. Took 2 years to implement this location per the owner, but I see that the owners truly wanted to give a large chain coffee corporation a local, small town friendly ambiance. Go experience coffee.

Update: I did an order ahead through the app and went inside instead of drive-through to pick it up, everyone inside was so friendly. I can tell The staff likes working together and is respected and valued by the leadership. It was great to see the owner working side-by-side with his team. What made the experience personal was that the team even knew me by name as I was picking up my order, it was a wonderful experience....

My wife and I decided to get doughnuts for the family on Sunday. We arrived around 9:45, still early in the morning hours. When we entered the store everyone was busy but had a vibe of not wanting to be there. We placed our order for a dozen assorted doughnuts and a box of doughnut holes. We then realize the selection of doughnuts was very thin but the worker proceeds to just fill the box with whatever they have and not even ask what we would like. We then stopped him and told him that we’d like to choose but asked if they were making anymore and we would be glad to wait. That’s when another worker blurted out we’re not making anymore and we would just have to take what was there. Are you not Dunkin Doughnuts?! This is where I should have asked for my money back and left but we picked through what was there. Filled our box and left. I will say I will never return to this store and if they continue with this kind of service they will not be in...

Lately when I’ve been going here the coffee has not been the best . It has its good moments and then it has its meh i guess it drinkable moments . I think the problem is they keep hiring multiple people . Everytime I go I see someone different and the drink either taste really bad or I get a good drink 1/3 chance . I do suggest the worker Abby gets a raise , shes very kind and makes good drinks . And some guy with dreads a black guy who’s new and looks mid 30s made it really good for a new guy or he might be the manager . All I suggest is making sure the coffee isn’t bitter . The place is in a really tight spot , but it seems bright in the place and clean . I still recommend them over Starbucks .
