Awful, Awful, Awful. Slow, Slow, Slow. They had the 2 cars in front of me and the car behind and me pull up and park. After 10 minutes and 3 trips out the 1st car finally had it's order the 2nd car had half it's order. After 20 minutes I get my food and no drink. The car behind me still has nothing. 25 minutes 2nd car gets another delivery and it's wrong, car behind me gets drinks. 30 minutes 2nd car is finally complete, I'm finally told the milk for the Latte machine is frozen would I like something else. What can I get? A flavored coffee is the response, wait, don't they use the same frozen milk? Response, no. They can refund me but I would have to come in for the refund. In the middle of the Latte fiasco, car behind me gets another wrong order. Awful, Awful, Awful. I left frustrated and pissed off with cold food. I will never go to the Zebulon Road, Macon, GA McDonald's again. Totally unacceptable customer experience. Bottom line, employees not supervised will not adhere to the standards that made McDonalds great. Makes me have extreme doubt on the quality, cleanliness and procedures required to serve food that is safe to eat. Wonder how many timers were reset and out of food safety guidelines were handed out to customers. McDonalds I hope you read this and contact me because the same issues are present at the store on Eisenhower and and I475 6 miles away, another of your establishments I will never use. You have MOD's, shift logs, timers and rules for a reason. Is it a lack of training? I don't think so. It's 100% a lack of leadership from the corporate level to Franchise to Store management to shift management. You have the greatest tools to be the best but you lack the ability to follow thru at the lowest level. What ever happened to your secret shopper program? Is your customer experience not important? If you want my money your going to have to call me? Bottom line go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money.

Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's I've been to and sadly the closet to home. Not that any McDonald's is good but I've had many bad experiences. The ac never works in the kids play area and has been out for awhile now. It's off and on with the ac all the time. The fries have been given to me rock hard and cold. EVERY time I order table service they just put it at the front counter and don't pay attention to the fact you ordered table service. Always understaffed. One of the shift managers mouthed off to me when I told him if someone orders their food to be delivered a certain way they should follow it. I have a disabled daughter playing in the play area and because I had to get my food from the counter and then argue with the manager about why it wasnt delivered to my table and that I had the wrong/cold food instead of them delivering it to me the correct way my daughter decided to follow me out to the lobby and walked right out the door into the parking lot and couldve been seriously hurt. The same shift manager made someone's food wrong and refused to refund the money when she asked for it so the cops had to be called out. Terrible, terrible service! I wouldn't order my free food from the app at this location much less give them my money when there's businesses out there that care about providing the best customer service to their customers and...
Read moreMy service was horrible!! The inside was dirty, the sweet tea container did not have a lid on it, all of the employees were only focus on the drive thru orders. A Hispanic family had been inside before my daughter and I and needed to order at the register because they had problems working the online ordering machine, they walked over to the register to order, one of the female employee waved her finger telling them to use the online machine. They just walked out with their 2 small kids. We waited for 40 minutes to get our order. The inside tables were dirty and sticky. Two of the guys were working very hard ( one was tall and slim and the other one had on glasses) and the tall female. I’m guessing the shift leader was the guy with the regular stripe collar shirt , finally came from the back trying to help while talking on the phone through his air pods. His tone was pleasant but his actions were effortless, no sense of urgency or anything. No gloves on with extra long nails. We was ignored for 15 minutes until one of the guys asked what did we need. Please put responsible shift leaders on night shift to ensure good customer service ! I will not be spending my money at this McDonald’s for a while.
