Prior to moving to the Lofts at Zebulon, we lived at the Lofts at Navicent, which were amazing!! Once my husband and I we found out that we were expecting a little one, we decided to move to the Lofts at Zebulon for the space and convenience of being near more stores and restaurants. Moving to the Lofts at Zebulon has definitely been one of the most unpleasant and inconvenient experiences ever! They are definitely not ready to host residents at this time, and management is not very helpful at all!! I also went downstairs to get my mail one day, because they don’t even have mailboxes yet, and before I could say anything, one of the employees made a shooing gesture towards me and told me to just wait, and that she’d be with me in a minute or so. She did this in front of a couple who was looking to tour the property, but they were clearly done and waiting on someone else to bring them a new resident packet. With that being said, no dialogue took place for 6 minutes (I timed it) and the employee had me standing up waiting the whole (6) minutes without even asking what I needed. This was one of the most degrading and frustrating experiences ever. Then, after the couple left, the employee said, “Okay, now I can help you. What can we do for you?” She really didn’t see anything wrong with what she had done, and I took great offense to this!! Aside from them being blatantly untruthful about amenities opening, they have mixed up my packages on multiple occasions, and they have even been so careless as to write the incorrect loft number on some of my packages when the correct loft number is printed on the package! They have also posted the incorrect rent amount on the portal, once payment on the portal became an option after months of living here, which was over double what we owed. I contacted the leasing office, and they told me the same old same old about fixing it. One of the employees contacted me later that day and told me it was fixed and to pay rent by midnight, after we had been trying for multiple times on multiple days prior. My husband tried to pay rent, before midnight, and it was still correct, and there was a service fee of $38!! Imagine that! The correct amount isn’t on the portal, but the service fee was right on time!! It’s evident that the company really doesn’t care about the residents here at the Lofts at Zebulon, and it’s very disheartening!! This has been one of the most stressful things that we’ve had to deal with during this pregnancy, and it’s ridiculous. These are just some examples that stand out, but we have plenty more. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come live at the Lofts at Zebulon, unless you don’t care about customer service or being lied to! They also only have one elevator, which is very inconvenient because it’s not unusual to have to wait at least 2-3 minutes to get on due to others getting on or holding it up. We’re currently in the process of deciding if we want to stay here or move after the baby is born next month. So far, the best part about living here is the close proximity to so many different businesses, but it is still definitely more of a headache than anything being a resident of Lofts at Zebulon. I am definitely discouraging others that I know from living...
Read morethe second part of this review will be a screenshot image attached to this, thats how much i have to say. i would honestly be giving no starts if it wasnt for how beautiful my apartment is. I relocated to Macon from Pennsylvania back in December and I shouldve known from my initial experience to have chosen a complex with better management. When i called in November and scheduled a tour, i asked if i should apply to ensure a unit was available as i would need to move in immediately after my tour. They assured me it was not peek season and to not worry about it. I then called the weekend before my relocation and was told that they had no units. I was irate but Kristen advised they would have a unit available about a week and a half after i needed to move. Although i was frustrated, i fell in love with the apartments from the moment I looked at the pictures online and decided to stay at an Air BNB in ATL until my unit was available. I moved in with very minor issues, a bad toilet seat and few marks on the wall but the maintenance team does a great job coming out same day to fix any issues you may have! As i mentioned, i moved from Pennsylvania, and bought all new furniture when moving in. I have had two tables, an office chair, bar stools, and even rugs mailed to my apartment with no issues.... until now. Although it states in my lease agreement on page two of the "Community Policies, Rules and Regulation Addendum" that "This community does accept packages on behalf of Residents," as of recently, Vicky, the office manager has started to refuse packages from USPS. I went down to the office to discuss this matter with her and she blatantly lied to me and said she has never done so. She went to explain how they were dropping off packages that were too large and she asked them to deliver them to tenant doors as she doesnt have the space in the office to take them and that it was "their job to take them to our doors." Mind you, as i previously stated, ive had NUMEROUS large packages delivered, from USPS, at the office since my short time here. She advised that the supervisor of the post office herself came to the lofts and that the Post office said they would not be delivering anymore packages as they would not be going to residents doors. I asked her if she spoke to the post office about this issue before refusing them, which she then looked at me dumbfounded, as if trying to resolve the issue before refusing our packages was out of this world. I have a friend that lives in the complex that Vicky told herself she refused her package but to entertain her lies, I decided to go to the post office to pick up my packages and speak to the supervisor myself, Mashika Davis. Mashika advised that they stopped bringing packages because the manager was...

On 8/11 I applied to the Lofts at Zebulon and paid the app fee of $65 for the 1E layout. On 8/26 I paid the deposit and admin fee which total to $345. I also signed the lease agreement on 9/25.
My move-in date was for 10/30 for the BIGGEST 1 bedroom layout this apartment complex has that is 1,002 sq ft, has a patio and an attached garage for a total mo. rent of $1339.
On 10/9, I received a phone call from the apt complex saying that the tenant wants to stay longer even though his lease has ended & I will not be able to move in until 11/11. This causes a problem for me because I have to be out of my current apt by 10/30 rendering me homeless. I tell Vicki my issue & the only thing she offers to do is put me in their SMALLEST 1 bedroom apt for the SAME PRICE as their largest apt.
I then contacted Joe, the regional manager, who proceeds to inform me that they let the tenant renew his lease for an additional 3 months. IN A MATTER OF 30 MINUTES MY MOVE IN DATE CHANGED FROM 10/30 TO 11/11 TO FEBRUARY OF 2021 even though we have a signed lease for 10/30 and the other tenant’s lease has expired. In an attempt to coerce me to stay over my lease at my current apt Joe says “You know you don’t have to leave your apt even though your lease is up. You can do to your apt what this tenant is doing to us.” So basically trying to get me to refuse to leave my apt. I told him for my inconvenience they should AT LEAST offer me something that’s equivalent to what I signed the lease for or better, NOT LESS. I asked Joe until my apt is available can they put me in a basic 2 bedroom for the same price as my deluxe 1 bedroom and he tells me no because there is a $100 difference. THE AUDACITY! They’re breaking our lease, inconveniencing me, leaving me homeless, plus I have to foot the bill to hire a moving company to move me 2x and they can’t even give me a $100 discount off of rent until my apt is ready!?
Joe then offers me an 872 sq ft apt for $1,313 & I’ll be able to transfer to the apartment that I signed the lease for without having to pay a transfer fee (If it ever becomes available because even though the tenant signed another 3 month lease, he can stay longer if he wants.)
To be clear in exchange for my large 1 bedroom corner unit apt that’s 1,002 sq ft with an attached garage, 6 windows, and a patio for a monthly charge of $1,339, The Lofts at Zebulon is offering me a 1 bedroom center unit with no garage, no patio, no balcony and only 2...
