Judging by the unprofessional managers, the quality of food served, lack of complimentary items and the seven month gap of inactivity from the owner in the reviews, a customer service professional has probable cause to assume that this business is the owner's passive income- as oppose to Dave's passion at Wendy's. Dave put his own daughter on the sign and life story on every bag. This location does not give free sauce packets nor allow you fix your own drink. Food was a bit cold and managers were cussing laughing and talking about the owner during hiring- they seemed to be fixing everything before inspection and go back to slack once it's over. Managers lie for employees child support, etc. Poor service on both ends- if this continues can lead to a business shutdown. ✌ Decided to go to another interview at Rocky Creek. Manager got one look at me and could tell I was competition, so what does she do? Leaves me at the table and doesn't interview. I had to walk away. Meanwhile, I'm laying attention to how the managers and customers interact. Day shift ladies, well some, treat it as some sleazy diner where you have to flirt with the work guys that come in... This is dangerous to the ladies, like me, like the cashier I saw, who don't accept that, respectfully- because it could easily escalate to favors, which is highly inappropriate. I had a ten minute interview that was scheduled last week or maybe the week before, rocky Creek 1130. If you would like to have a respectful employee that is clean courteous and professional, I can interview for...
Read moreEditing because this place is so terrible: ordered on mobile app, waited 30 minutes in drive through then told my order is invalid because “breakfast is over” they need to make this business into something worth having.
The worst McDonald’s in Macon, maybe in Georgia. Consistently wait 20 minutes plus for a mobile order. Rushed out of the drive through with half the condiments I asked for. And I have been harassed by panhandlers half of the times I go there. This is not a one time occurrence either. All of these things are consistent. I work just across the street and have the great misfortune of this place being the closest to eat at work. It is terrible, avoid it, the Wendy’s across the street is better and cheaper
Edit: placed a mobile order, but the app changed locations randomly and did not notify me. Got to the McDonald’s, first in line, and was told that my order was at the wrong location. Even tho they can see my order and what I wanted they could not make it. I had to cancel and re place the order. This took me 30 seconds. I came back around the drive through again but 2 cars were in front of me now. This would not have been a big deal if not for the fact they took 45 minutes to handle those 2 cars. It took me an hour total to pick up a single biscuit from a fast...
Read moreI went on 05/31/2023 and ordered at 8:50pm, Order 77 according to my ticket. I said, "hello?" into the drive thru because I was unsure if they were closing. I was told to wait a minute, which I was happy to do so. I ordered and asked to have a coke, and was told they were out. I asked if they had Sprite, and she said they have Dr. Pepper...? I think she's either stupid or not hearing me so I asked again. I get to the first window to pay, and a girl with a short pink wig was mocking me saying, "Hello?" over, and over, and over. I ignored it and got my food. The patty was split in half as if it was cut and burnt. I ordered a deluxe but I had no tomato. I paid to add Mac Sauce and normally if they forget I shrug it off as them being busy, but this was the rudest experience I've ever had at a McDonald's and that's counting the bad times I had in Jacksonville, FL during weekend nights. The second lady to give me my order was nice, so I was nice enough in return to pull up off their timer sensor to check my food. This place needs help, and they need help getting rid of bad...
