This used to be my absolute favorite Taco Bell. They always did my order correctly, the facility was always clean and the staff was kind. I live out of town but I will usually by-pass all other Taco Bells just to visit this one. Yesterday evening (8/21/2024 just after 6pm), I had a large order for my family. I know it was a lot so I was patient. I ordered 6 street chalupa boxes. After I ordered, a guy came from the back and told me there were no more street chalupas and said that he could fix us one regular chalupa with the street chalupa toppings. We had already paid $75 so I just let it ride. We requested our drink cups and started fixing those while we waited. While fixing our drinks, a couple of people came in and ordered street chalupas. The guy that told me there were no more took their order but didn't say that there were no more. If he didn't want to fix that many street chalupas, I would have been okay to go somewhere else with my refund instead of him lying to me. We got our order in bags, which was no problem because it was a large order. We get to the car to check them and behold, several chalupas are not well fixed with missing toppings but I let that ride. One chalupa only had a circle or beans with nothing else on it. I took that one back inside to see if they could just put the toppings on it for me. I watched closely and the same guy had it. He kept leaving the preparing area and going around the corner while the other guy came to see what I was doing. I couldn't see what the other guy did but when he came back, he used his gloved finger to smooth something onto the chalupa. I assumed it could have been to lay the beans down but when I got home, I remembered that they usually use the utensil to smooth things out. After he fixed my chalupa he changed gloves but it seemed to be part of the protocol. I didn't think about it until I was at home. We should not have eaten the food but we did. I didn't protest while we were there. I was kind so I don't understand why the service was so bad. Maybe because it was a large order. I noticed that their score went from 100 to 93 which is still good but things are dwindling at this location. I had just come from North Georgia and passed many Taco Bells so my family was looking forward to this location's great service. I'm disappointed but thankful that none of us have gotten sick (so far). Someone else arrived around the time my family arrived and ordered a double layer taco. He didn't get his order until after he requested it again after waiting a long time. The customer said that he should get two double layers for his extremely long wait but he took what he had and went on about his business. Maybe it depends on the time of day you visit this location. I previously shared how pleased I was with this location but it is sad to see such a good business...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. Showed up 10:45 for Breakfast which stops at 11:00 AM. Staff already changed the menu 15 minutes too early at the drive through making it very difficult to order breakfast. Had to ask several questions just to figure out what I wanted. I showed up at the window, have my payment processed, and handed a drink holder with 2 Coffees poured into PLASTIC cups. The employee doubled up on plastic cups since I assume they were out of Styrofoam cups. I could see the plastic wrinkling with the heat of the coffee. Is this safe?! Got home 15 minutes later to realize that I was supposed to have 6 Cinnamon balls and there were NONE in the bag. Additionally my Bacon, Egg, and cheese Quesalupa was sub par. The flour shell was stiff and hard to bite into. I called the manager to complain and she didn't seem interested and/or apologetic and only offered to replace my 6 Cinnamon balls and Coffee. TERRIBLE customer service. Not sure I'll ever go back for Breakfast or Lunch. Had this been my only bad experience, you wouldn't be reading this review but I've been bit several times by this restaurant. This is a poor example for a Taco Bell. I hope Corporate will see a trend of poor food and service from this restaurant and take action before...
Read moreSo I order my food through door dash and picked it up my self. Receiving it was an easy process. My bag was taped so I didn't bother to go through it and opted to wait till I got home. When I pulled out my order (loaded nachos) I noticed it was missing my 🥑. I called there but no answer and that was understandable because I figured they may have been busy. I pulled up and spoke with the girl in drive thru about my order! I only asked for a cup of 🥑 and let her know I just came thru not too long ago, got home and notice my loaded nachos didn't have my 🥑 on there. She asked for receipt in which I unhanded to her, she then asked for my food back and snatched it out my hand! She was extremely rude and had a terrible disposition about herself. I asked her for a this bit more sour cream while she got my food and she was like (🤥) oh naw I can't do that! I told her for you guys mistake and my commute back, I'm sure you can! Wasn't like I was asking for a pop or my money back nor was I given them a hard time! I got back home with that item, laid back about to chow and opened up my street chulupa!!! Needless to say, TACO BELL has officially screwed up my night! Do NOT go to TB at the least...
