I stopped by today for a merchant drop-off, excited to check the place out for my personal time with family and friends — but was met with a rude employee (possibly the owner, an Asian male). I was only dropping off four drink items, yet he kept insisting on “company protocols” that contractors aren’t even told about. When I politely said, “ I apologize, we’ve never done it that way before,” he got defensive, mentioning I was the third driver that week and that we wouldn’t get paid or tipped if we didn’t follow their process. All we do I hand them drinks to take in the establishment.

It was my first time there, and I didn’t even know tips were involved — I just came to do my job. After that interaction, I have no interest in returning or supporting a place that treats people that way. Especially if you expect me to tip...

Went for my cousin's forty-first bday to have a few drinks with him and some other family members. We went on a Thursday around 9 which was his choice and it was crowded like crazy. Apparently they do karaoke every Thursday and people show up for it too. Overall it's okay if you don't mind waiting to use the bathroom, waiting to order drinks and food due to the amount of people that's there on a Thursday night. And customer service could be a little more on point when it comes to expediting...

Did not eat. Ordered one drink. Was received in a timely manner. Prices are about average. Servers were all very polite and attentive. Talked with the owner for a bit. Very nice and respectful man. 10 pool tables, rented by the hour. I prefer coin-op tables though. Very large space. Bar and game room is separated somewhat by a wall, which is nice.
