Wendy's — Restaurant in Macon

I went there Sunday night 10/2/22. I ordered a big bacon classic combo and an additional large fry. I get my food, look in the bag, no large fry. I inform the cashier that my large fry is not in the bag. I can't believe this lady told me " we don't have any large fry containers so I just took it off of your order" she didn't feel the need to tell me that, so she figured I'll take it off she didn't really want a large fry, what? I have never been around such incompetence in my life, so you couldn't offer me two small fries, you couldn't tell me you don't have any large fry containers? So I asked her to just charge me for a small fry, then I heard the manager saying, "we took it off cause we don't have any large fry containers" 😂 I can't take it. No logic, no problem solving skills even within management. When I finally got my fries they were cold. They don't care what they serve their customers, I will not...

Food was hot and fresh, the wait at the drive through before anyone took your order was long. We were there at 8:30am for breakfast. After waiting 10 mins at the order board they finally took my order. Before pulling up to the window the lady stuck herself out with her hand gesturing a stop. We waited another 6 mins before she motion for us to move forward. We orderd plain chicken biscuits and 1 small potatos could have eaten at a sit down restraunt in the time we waited for our food. Crazy thing it was not like they were busy there was only one other car that was in front of me in the drive through. I was able to see that car leave before my order was taken.

Update: this location still sucks I order a spicy chicken sandwich and I got mayo soup. The bread was so wet I had to trow away the top half of the bun. The lettuce was the brown top piece you throw away...

I ordered the #13 add pickles and onions. I was charged for the #12. I explained to the manager. Told her I wanted the asiago spicy chicken, she said she had me. I got the #12 which has avocado. I didnt notice the avocado at first, just that they didnt add pickles and onions. I asked them to fix it and they did. I go sit down and take a bite which was when I discovered the avocado. I went up to the counter, told them I was allergic to avocado and asked if I could please have the #13, not the #12. They made me the #12 again, with the avocado I am allergic to. I again asked to have it fixed. This time everything was perfect. My issue is that I have worked fast food before and I know mistakes happen. We are all human. But to mess up that many times is...
