Subway — Restaurant in Madeira

I dont want to sound mean and the store itself is in really good shape. But its the employees that make it have a 2 star rating. Now ive been eating at this subway for a few months now and every employee that works is either very very slow with bad customer service or in a lot of cases they're just rude and disrespectful. It usually seems like the ones that work past 4 oclock are the bad ones. For example theres one guy that wheres glasse idk if he already got fired or not but everytime he works when a customer first walks in he's always just in the back of the store playing on his phone the whole time and when he does finally realize that he has customers it takes him forever to get ready to take your order and acts very rude like this is the last place in the world that he wants to be. And he hardly even listens to the customer to hear what they want its some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced. But as far as the other employees go they're actually really nice theyre just really really slow and takes them about 10 mins to make 1 sandwich i cloud only imagine how they would be during a rush it would be embarrassing. I just feel like in a place as nice as madeira there should be way faster and nicer employees i love subway sandwiches but if this all continues i think ill never end up coming back and thats saying alot they need...

When I walked in on a Late Sun afternoon there were no customers. Young lady behind counter appeared to not be busy as she did greet me right away and asked what I’d like. When I started to build my veggie wrap and asked for onions she said they didn’t have any as she didn’t have time to cut them. 😱. Would’ve been nice to have had the “wrap” (flour tortilla) just slightly warmed in a microwave or something. Instead it was rock hard out of refrigerator. I ordered a drink and chips only to find out they don’t even have iced tea. As I do not drink pop I had to settle for water which should’ve been free but didn’t bother to ask for refund as she seemed annoyed at that point that she had to even wait on me. Counters where I paid were sticky.

Sharin the girl with the blue hair that works there behind the counter it is the second time that she has been so disrespectful to one of our co-workers. the reason why she is so disrespectful is because of a cup of ice that she usually gets. no one else makes it a big deal for getting a cup of ice. at this point she is discriminating all the staff that works here because were Latinas. but she does give other people free food but when we get ice she throws a fit for a cup of ice that we can pay its but .30 cents. very disrespectful makes me sick she was rude and it was uncalled for very unprofessional and i think she...
