We just tried for the very first time. We were thrilled for this location because we had been wanting to try the Dearborn location but kept forgetting to go since not super close to our house when we want custard. There is a spot locally we already love but the unique options really had us curious. Well now we tried officially I have to say the custard absolutely blew us away! Fantastic so creamy as it should be. Staff was friendly and we know this is a brand new location working out the kinks but the only downside was how super insanely slow for how not busy it was. We waited over 30mins to order. Truly almost left but at that point were so close to trying we stuck it out. But the amount of people in line waiting (cars and out front) and the amount of staff and how quick orders were being taken/made was absolutely awful. We're not giving up on this location. It was amazing and we understand brand new! But the one thing they need to really work on is speed so training and staffing for summer because there's no way people will keep coming and waiting that long when there are other options nearby much faster and similar quality just not as unique. So I just wanted to give a little constructive criticism but we will absolutely be back. We live so close. I'll of course update my review to see how things progress as they train and become more established! I just hope people are patient since it is so new! A wonderful addition...

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was the second time I’ve wasted money and time at this establishment…… I’m still trying to figure out if it’s managements fault for poorly training their employees, or if it’s just terrible customer service on the part of the employees… The first time we went the cones were just mounded with melted ice cream, which we had to waste half of…I shook it off as maybe it was a super hot day and their machine wasn’t working to its full capacity… Today, the woman who was working the speaker taking orders told me there was neither soft serve, nor hard pak ice cream in a milk shake, it was only milk and blended toppings such as fruity pebbles….i knew she couldn’t have any idea what she was talking about…but the other employees seemed to agree or not care to even be paying attention.. ONCE AGAIN we were served half melted mounded slopped on the cone with the chocolate dip not even fully down the ice cream so it was once again wasted, and the cones were cardboard stale??? not to mention who do you even think you are charging $16+ for three basic ice cream cones?? What an embarrassment of an establishment. And to expect a tip?? I’d do away with that option. All together!...

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the revamped Custard Company located on 11 Mile, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Despite the presence of a large line, our drive-thru experience was impressively swift, with every item in our order prepared to perfection.

Our taste buds were treated to their 'loaded cone', which was truly superb. Meanwhile, the Cookie Monster sandwich tantalized our palates with its delightful taste. We also took home two of their custard pies, which were a new addition to their menu and utterly surpassed our expectations.

The level of customer service and operational efficiency was remarkable. The custard itself was creamy and scrumptious, ensuring that we'll be returning regularly. It's clear that this establishment is set for success, as they were adequately staffed with knowledgeable employees who wore gloves and maintained the cleanliness of the place to a high standard.

We wholeheartedly recommend the Custard Company to anyone looking for an exceptional...
