I have been coming here for a few years now and haven't really had any issues. I have noticed that there was one employee in particular, a short woman with a scar on her face, who always seemed to have a chip on her shoulder when checking me. She was the only employee there that seemed to make it difficult to pull up my information, and would offer caddy, off-the-cuff responses to any question I might have. Only recently, however, I have noticed not only a degradation in the facility quality, but the customer service from this particular employee has worsened. The lack of professionalism hasn't changed so much as the quality of service has. When using their stand-up tanning beds, you have the options of going for 8 minutes or less, or adding additional minutes up to 4 more minutes for an additional 2 dollars. I noticed that when I ask this employee particularly, for an 8-minute session, I do not get a full 8 minutes. I have been keeping track and timing each of my tanning sessions whenever she is at the desk. I noticed on this last session, I paid for 8 minutes, I started a timer at the same time. I started the tanning bed, and I didn't even get 6 minutes of time. I have no proof, but I believe she has the ability to override the remaining time on the Tanner while I'm in the tanning booth, + when opening the door to look, I can see entire minutes disappear within the matter of a few seconds . There was no point in bringing this to her attention, as her lack of professionalism will only solicit caddy and trashy responses. So after 3 or 4 years of going here, I am beginning to look for new places to take my business. Furthermore, the facilities have degraded, many of the tanning rooms have no hooks to hang anything on, and the floor is so dirty, you wouldn't really want to put your clothes there either, everything is greasy and dirty. Most of the locks don't work on the doors, The cheap plastic hooks for hanging clothes have mostly all broken off over the years, and there's just no interest in maintaining a quality facility. Normally we love coming here but today the service was different the staff let us know that a light would be going off in our room when our service was almost up and I looked for a light but did not see it…

The staff let us know that we may not see the light and that there would be a knock on the door just in case ( before our service started ) we heard the knock on the door and immediately got out of the tub and got ready to exit the room..

Upon check out we were told that we were late coming out and that there would be a late fee since we were late coming out the room…Instead of me arguing I paid the late fee and exited the building..

Other places have a phone that the staff uses to call you ( and it’s loud enough for you to hear ) to let you know that you have 15 minutes to check out maybe they should try that system instead so this does not happen to people because when you are enjoying your time like the staff member said you may not see the light which me and my husband did not it’s not about paying the late fee it’s about the staff member telling me and my husband that we may not see the light then still charge us as if we were in the wrong after we responded to the knock on the door upon the...

Let me Begin by saying I've been tanning approximately 15 years and I've probably been to every single tanning salon on the east side as well as the west side. Not only is the staff super friendly but this place has brand new bulbs is clean as I've ever seen. The prices are super affordable compared to all the other tanning salons I can't believe somebody rated this place is expensive are you kidding me 5 bucks for a level 3 tan that's amazing they have the old school Mystic Tan but I must say that is just as good as versus spot the vhr bulbs are to die for. They have stand up and lay down and they also have a service that a lady comes in and does spray tans which I'm assuming the request an appointment button is used for. Now I just found my home tanning salon. Just like everybody has a home bar they go to I have my home and it's worth it I will spend $10 in gas just to make it to my little Oasis away from the craziness of the city.
