Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Madison Township

I ordered two pizza's.. when ordering I told the call center several times NOT to put the garlic crust topping on my crust of either pizza. They confirmed that they put on the order no garlic crust topping. Well the pizza came it was here quickly, but I open the boxes and BOTH pizza's had the garlic nastiness on the crust COVERED with it. I immediately called back and was transferred to the store. I talked to a man and explained that I had asked that to not be put on my pizza and it was on there. He immediately blamed the call center and acted bothered by the fact I called in. He then told me that he would send out replacement pizza's the way I ordered them, but there were 5 orders ahead of me so I would have to wait until those were done first. I was fine with that. But here's the thing the replacement pizza's were never sent! DON'T OFFER TO MAKE SOMETHING RIGHT IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO! My order was placed on 4/7/23 around 1:30 in the afternoon. It's now 7 PM and still waiting! There's WAY too much competition on Ashland Rd. for pizza options If you continue to do business like that the competition will surely take you out as quick as you came! This is the 3rd time I have ordered it without the crust toppers and all three times they had it on them. I don't think I will be...

Never again. Their customer service at this store is horrendous. The manager Mary is very arrogant and very cocky. I tried to place an order online. And they took money off my card three times. It came to over a 105.00. I called to have it resolved to be hung up. I will absolutely be calling corporate about this issue. This is a second time that domino's on ashland road has stolen from me. There will not be a third. I will also report this issue bbb. Times are hard enough for people in the world. Without people like this. This lady Mary should not be working with the public. She's very rude and immature. I will never spend money at the store again. They should be ashamed. Wow! All I wanted was a large 1 topping pizza and order of cheese bread. Over 35.00 bucks. Plus tip. And dipping sauce is extra. My mouth dropped. Plus had to repeat my order more than twice. New or hardly can understand English. I called Marcos Pizza. Same order you get 2 dipping sauce at your choice with cheese bread. Total. 19.35. what a big difference. Not even competitive.
