If i could give a negative 5 stars i would. My wife ordered 2 sandwiches (but one get one off of the app), and I ordered a hot cakes and sausage, a hash brown and a large mocha frappe (over $20). The order comes up and the only thing that is there is what my wife ordered. Then, they asked me what i ordered, so i tell them what i ordered, and they argue with me that it's not on their screen. That's not my problem it's not on your screen. I know what I ordered! Don't treat me like a thief saying i didn't order something. (Plus, there were 2 order numbers that were the exact same.. so one of the cashier's is ringing things up, letting the customer pay, deleting most of the order and pocketing the money..BET!) So, then they give me my hot cakes and sausage, no hash brown and a caramel frappe. Are you serious? I literally just told you what i was missing. All i needed was a mocha frappe and a hash brown. (And you want $15/ hour? 😂) so, I'm upset, and instead of saying something i didn't want to say, we decided to leave and order it on the mobile app and get it through the drive through (which cost me another $7!) (I should have been given the food i ordered inside in the first place) so we order what i didn't get inside on the app, pull up to the window, and they don't have my order!!!! Are you kidding me? How did it disappear? It took my money! Then all of a sudden, they found it. I talked to the manager, there's no apology, no I'm sorry, there's no, you shouldn't have to pay for this. Nothing. So i just spent almost $30 on a crappy meal when i could have spent the same amount of money and went to a sit down restaurant, and I still never got what i ordered. One of THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to! So, if you're out early on a Sunday morning, I would take the time to choose a different place, because the Stewart Rd McDonald's will rip you off!! ( if i were the manager, I'd be checking camera's, because someone's probably taking money out of your register and deleting orders.. guaranteed!) If it were a weekday, I'd be calling the corporate office, but since it's Sunday, I'm going to have to wait. Worst service ever at...

Went the through drive thru for food paid for it didn't get a receipt, and was told pull to the 3rd window....waited a few minutes before going inside the lobby she came out and tried to escalate the situation being snappy, I asked was everything ok she continued talking to me in a condescending demeaning tone and refused to give me a receipt threw my food onto the counter in front of her coworkers refused to give me a receipt she made a huge deal out of something so small and called the police after throwing my food and getting into my face... now If I would have dragged her or if she would've touched me and I would've had to defend myself especially over a receipt I could've lost my life over a receipt what if the cops came and assumed I was a threat before reviewing the camera footage so I just left .....I've never been a person to be rude to food service workers so i really didnt understand where her energy came from or why it was directed at me ...for one i go to this McDonald's all the time its less than 5 mins from my house so yeah I want my money back lol and I'll drive to trimble Rd or Lexington Ave next time or just days for me lol never coming if Lesley going to try to fight me over a receipt she should never be managing a store maybe anger management would be more fitting she on a powertrip or just really racist . Read moreI had the worse expierence last night at this facility. I went through the drive thru last Nighy at about 6:45 PM. I paid for my food and was told to pull over and wait. About 10 minutes later A young kid brought my food over I was missing both of my pops; a sandwich, and my receipt which I needed. After about 10 more minutes of waiting I went in the restaurant to just get the rest of my stuff. It was an absolute circus inside that kitchen. Staff was running around with no clue what to do, there was no management in sight. Workers were in hoodies, leggings, jeans, boots, flip flop sandals, and on cell phones to name a few things. Not appropriate fast food attire at all! One kid I talked to had no clue how to print a receipt or even work the front register. Then an argument broke out amongst the workers and I finally seen management step in. If management is even what you want to call it. By this time it's about 7:15pm and I'm still waiting on my stuff. Customers were piling up in the dining room, Cars were piling up outside waiting for food... It was a disaster. I finally walked out at about 7:20pm. My original food that was brought out to me was disgusting and cold. All I was trying to do was get a quick dinner for my family after work, and not have it be a 40 minute ordeal.
