TERRIBLE is the only word I can use to describe this location. We stopped here on our way home to use the restroom and grab a snack for the drive. We stood off to the side for a moment to decide what we wanted. When we were ready we walked up to the counter where about 10 employees (no exaggeration) were all talking about how they all wanted something. About a minute later one of them turns to us and asked the girl at the counter if she took our order. She turns around and says "oh, I didn't know anyone was there". She did apologize 3 times, but my opinion of this place was already made. We placed our order and waited for our food. When it was finally ready the girl gave it to us, who I believe was a manager or team lead, and we were on our way. I was surprised that if she was in fact a manager that she didn't apologize as well about basically being ignored. In addition to the bad service the bathroom was anything but clean. It had a terrible odor and clearly had been neglected for several hours, if not all day. The music was unnecessarily loud as well which made for an atmosphere not good to be able to chill and have a conversation with the person across from you. Usually we have good luck with Arby's but this one is definitely on my 'do not...
Read moreI hadn't been to Arby's in like 15 years. So when I pulled in the parking lot and there were like 6 cars in the drive thru I was like "damn Arby's be kinda hoppin! Surely this won't take more than 10 minutes or so." 46 MINUTES later I got my order. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:35pm. I left with my order (one sandwich) 46 MINUTES LATER at 6:21pm. Brothers and sisters I wish I was exaggerating, but the only reason I stayed in that line was because I was feeling optimistic. I'm sorry to admit I was wrong to feel that way. I will never patronize this Arby's again. Or any Arby's. Probably ever again. Please listen when I tell you, there is a REASON this place is always empty. This place is so understaffed it is clear and evident the owners of this establishment DO NOT CARE about its future. The poor employees did the best they could but it is clear this place is mismanaged beyond repair. Hilariously, every other car behind me in line left without service, even the folks behind me who were lucky enough to get their order taken. Gyro...
Read moreAngel, the girl at the counter with the nose ring, doesn't look at you when you walk up to the counter. She just looked off in the distance. I was getting ready to say "I'd like to order" when she turned to face me. Not speak, just look at me. Actually, stare is more like it. I gave it awhile. My wife and I are the only people in there, btw. Nothing, just the stare. I finally said "Number one meal". This apparently was what she was waiting for. She then gave my wife the same treatment. No "thank you, it'll be right out", she just handed me my receipt. Nice. Our order was delivered to the counter in the same fashion. So the service was bad enough. Bad enough that I actually filled out a survey, for the first time...ever.... and I'm 64. The fries were the bottom in the basket. None was longer than an inch. All were cooked hard brown. When I worked in fast food, we would have just thrown those out. Which is what I wound up doing with most of them. I like Arby's, but we've made our last visit...
