I was told when I drove up that they were out of lettuce and rice. I reluctantly ordered the cantina chicken bowl knowing that those 2 ingredients were staple items of my meal. I am gluten free so there are only a few options I can order. When I drove up to pay I asked if they could add more beans since they were out of rice. The girl said no because the bowl was already made. I then said “so you’re going to charge me the same price for half of the normal ingredients and not offer a substitution for the missing ingredients?” She shut the window while I was still talking. Then a guy came to the window (I assume he was the manager but he didn’t identify himself). He asked me what the problem was. I asked again if I could get more beans since they were out of rice. He said no he wouldn’t add anything else and that he had given me 3 scoops of chicken instead of 2 so I already got an extra ingredient. (I hadn’t asked for extra chicken and it was already stated on the menu that the cantina bowl was coming with 3 scoops so thanks for nothing). He then walked off. I paid for my food even though I should have said “keep your food” and driven off. Then when I pulled my food out of the bag, the lid wasn’t on all the way and my food was spilling out. The chicken was mushy and the container was half full.

Is that really the policy, staff refuses to take your order at the register, and insists on using the kiosk. I may be old school, but I’m no stranger to the apps and kiosk, however when you have a store full of staff and I’m told “we don’t do that” when I requested a cashier to take my order. Based on the reviews this has been going on for a long time, and if nobody has stepped up by now, it’s not likely to get fixed. I’ll find other options for my road trip snacks.

Wow! Is all I can say. As a store manager for a big box store right next door it pains me to give a bad review. I walked to Taco Bell for breakfast because my window on my car quit working this morning and I didn't want to fight a drive through holding my door open. First I tried to enter the building. Roughly 9:05am. I signaled to a female employ to ask if they were going to open the door or if it was drive through only. Not only did she not answer, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away shaking her head. Then I proceeded to walk through the drive through. I get to the window after waiting in a line. The same lady that rolled her eyes at me opened the window and rudely asks, "Can I help you?" I told her I'd like to place an order. She then snaps back, "We don't do walk ups!" She ended up taking my order but WOW! If it hadn't been Sunday and my window was working in my car I would've left and ordered my breakfast elsewhere. Taco bell in Madison, GA. Is right next to Chick-fil-A. If you want to know what great customer service does for your business. Go sit in the Lowe's parking lot and watch the lines of ppl between the two restaurants. Food is preference and very evenly diverse. Service goes a long way and the employees at the Madison taco bell are hurting their business. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location. I've actually had several during lunch hours. This one just really got under my skin. I was polite to the employ but I will not be back. Love the service from"Jessica"l wish l knew the blonde girl name great service! Day shift is a little more better with the food being fresh.that means alot.........came back with my food they talked rude right in front of me as l couldn't hear them. I did the right thing.and the what looks like manger ignored me and would not even make eye contact,the new food got me sick,l wondering what happened to doing the right thing for your customers... they have lost all of my family members business now.l worked in a restaurant and l would never treat a paying customer that bad ever!😥😯 So dispointed in the action s from the staff l don't know. Next time hire people that are like the ppl on top.they we're not working that day.now l boycott them out are life's.no thank you.taco bell.you need corporate office to check in with your staff!!!!
