As a Floridian visiting Madison, I thought we'd get some damn good BBQ. The brisket is only ONLY available on Sundays, wtf is that? That leaves only ONLY chicken and some dry ass pulled pork. The beans were in dire need of salt. They gave one member of our party the wrong drink and forgot someone else's fries. To be rated 4.8 just leads me to believe all the people in Georgia have terrible taste. Thankfully I'll be leaving this God forsaken state tomorrow. Do better Georgia, all your food sucks

This was our first time visiting Madison, and we are obsessed with Brookshire BBQ. We got the burnt ends and side of fries. The burnt ends were meaty, crispy, and juicy. I don't usually comment about fries but these were the perfect texture. Chris was super helpful and answered all our questions. He says they can bring a smoker to your party and cater any event! We are recommending this place to everyone we know who lives nearby.

The food was too good to even take a picture of. We stopped in on a whim while passing through and were blown away by this place. We had the brisket with apple butter sauce and another brisket sandwich with the homemade red and the vinegar coleslaw and baybeeee 100/5 stars. The staff was friendly, the vibes were right, and the heater under the seats made this January visit perfect. PLEASE come get y'all some of this BBQ because

You have to get the ribs!!

We’ve been so excited waiting for this place to open since the last BBQ restaurant closed and they did not disappoint. Service was pleasant, welcoming, and helpful walking us through the menu options and telling us about exciting things to come.

The vinegar based cole slaw was fantastic but the ribs were the star of the show! They were incredibly tender and flavorful and we really enjoyed the red bbq sauce )which was like your typical classic bbq but with a little kick of spice).

They had pulled chicken sandwiches as a special as well and it was also delicious.

We’re excited to see how they continue to develop the menu and we’re so ready for the potential brisket brunch to come...

Judging by the other reviews I guess we hit a bad night and not to be a BBQ snob but this was your typical average “BBQ” joint. It wasn’t busy but the two girls taking orders seemed new and slightly confused/overwhelmed. Our food did come quickly. I got the pulled pork sandwich with collards and banana pudding. The flavor of collards was actually good but very salty. The pulled pork wasn’t bad but nothing amazing either. The banana pudding had a different taste than your typical southern style. They also used some different crunchy cookie instead of nilla wafers. I’ll give this place...

1st time eating at this place. very nice people and very clean inside. however the food was not so good. it was like the sides were heated up in a microwave, they were way way to hot from overheating. The pork tasted like it was in the refrigerator for a couple of days. The Bread was fine. but the long strips of peppers in the slaw was over bearing. very little seasoning in the beans and also full of peppers. This place is far from traditional georgia BBQ... I will not returning for...
