I’ve been here Both Saturday and Sunday morning nothing but issues, first on Saturday the woman at the window claimed my rewards code was used and had nothing loaded on it with you clearly have to scan it to redeem the points. I returned Sunday to use my rewards again, I ordered two large beverages. The lady at the window stated two medium and gave me my drinks. Upon questioning the size, she grabbed the drinks back. The shift lead presumably came to the window gave me an attitude when I tried to clarify drink size.

My wife also left a review specifying she preferred not to be contacted via phone, the manager reached out against her wishes. The manager proceeded to spam call my wife.

I was hoping I’d get better service than a Dunkin’ Donuts 🤣 for what you charge. Please...

Went to the drive-through to order my drink first of all whoever the guy is that was working in the drive-through at this location was talking so fast he was stuttering And then he started repeating himself. He was talking so fast. Not sure if he was OK. And then I get to the window and he starts putting out the card reader automatically assuming I’m paying with a card. And then I asked I said I don’t have my card on me, but I’m wondering do you have change for 100 And he says very rudely no I’m not breaking a 100. So id assume they had to change. Drive through is long no matter what, I come here just about every day and even if you’re the only person you will be in line for at least 25 min. Their employee Maddy should not work in customer service was talking badly about me ordering in mobile app while I was at window and could clearly hear her. No apology was issued from her after I said something. The workers constantly complain to customers about how they are understaffed. The drinks are good but this place is a hot mess, again the drinks are great and I enjoy coming here but the staff is a hot mess, management should put some work in here.
