Casey's — Restaurant in Madison

Came in here a couple days ago there was blood on the floor then I came in again today and that same spot of blood is on the floor it's very noticeable so that means you're just not paying attention and you just don't care and you just aren't going to clean anyting this is the dirtiest Casey's I have ever come into it is always dirty like they just don't seem to care that there's crap all over the floor

Update. Had to stop again. Even more disgusting than last time.

I don't know who the store manager or area manager is, at this location, but you need to be fired

Update. Thought by now this location being the last in the area to remain open they would get a manager that is competent, nope ..

You know it's not that hard to run a gas station they just opened at 6:00 in the morning but at the bathrooms are disgusting which means they didn't get cleaned yesterday or today and there's no donuts there's no food what are you trying to do like you're obviously not trying to make money you definitely don't have anything for sale I managed to Casey's it was not that hard and I constantly had a line of people and was running out of food just please never has any customers because this place is dirty and disgusting and nobody works So I tried to explain to the cashier that I don't understand why this place is always so disgusting when do you clean it obviously never she just like was like all right all right all right and I'm pretty sure she went to go look at the bathroom but it's a little late. You're always in there talking to the other employees but maybe you should be taking that time to clean the bathroom or clean anything this place is always disgusting I'll never be back

It's really sad too because I actually love Casey's menu I love their Pizza I love their breakfast pizza but because this place is so disgusting I won't eat anything from their kitchen I miss being able to come to a Casey's and have a pizza or a sandwich or anything the cookies whatever it is in the 100% fault lies on the management you have to follow through with your employees and you have to make sure they understand how important it is to have a clean establishment nobody wants to eat something from a disgusting place

My Taco pizza came without tomatoes, lettuce, onion or black olive. I also get tired of the guy the size of a lazy boy with his pants half down. The atmosphere is lazy. Who’s the owner? Make no mistake one corporate pop in and this store is shut down for certain.

I ordered a taco pizza. What I got was a sausage pizza with doritos. I know mistakes happen but you have people working there the size of lazy boy recliners with there pants half down, they dont come to the counter often and often hollar loudly to the other workers to take care of the customers. If one single corporate person walked in, I guarantee they will fire those employees and replace them or they will shut down and kwik trip will be put in its place. Its also such a common occurrence that I don’t believe management has any active duties here. One step in this store is enough to see why and its everytime. Its like, does management or corporate even go here?

I also discovered today there was a hair in the pizza also. Im actually over it because I know if I ever get another pizza from here again, it will be from another location.

Im not looking for reimbursement or coupons and that should tell you the severity of the situation. Anyways. I came up to the desk , and turned in a scratcher I had won on . I looked around , and finally made eye contact with an older man sitting down on a chair , hidden behind the vapes , on his phone. He grunted and sat up , slowly walked over , cashed it out and gave me $30 without telling me if I won or not , or telling me how much it was. He sat back down. I brought up my drinks and decided I wanted some scratchers . He rang it all up , and I decided I would pay $30 for the scratchers and the rest on the card . He got SO ANGRY , because apparently he had to scan the 4 powerades and a pack of gum again and he was pretty set on not doing it for me. He said “ you know I have to scan all this again right ? UGH. can’t believe this… “ in the most dirty , angry tone. He angrily scanned them all over again and pounded each item back on the table . I asked for a bag and he walked away to let me open the bag and bag the things myself. He gave me the most sinister looks. Mind you , this place was EMPTY . No one probably came in the store in the last hour. He was so mad he had to work . And I felt so disrespected and shocked he has any customer service experience besides maybe a bartender at some very unlikeable hole in the wall .

It was 4 Powerade's. And a pack of gum . He should not be working here and anyone who hired him is setting their business up for failure
