It seems every time I go to this Chipotle something goes wrong. I, a 12 year old girl, have a routine of going to town with a few friends every Friday after school. Recently, we have been coming here to get food and there is always a problem. I always get a kids cheese quesadilla meal, with double white rice and chips, and yesterday, when I last went to town, I walked in and asked for exactly that. I’m not even joking all they gave me was one kids sized quesadilla, and one tiny thing of white rice. And, they charged me for the same amount they would have if they had given me everything that comes with the meal. Another time, I went in, asked for the meal, they gave me everything in the meal and then I got up to the register and they told me they only accepted card. Not to mention, they let me friend pay with cash just fine. I thought it was extremely unreasonable that they would expect a 12 year old, with no adults around, to have a credit card. They finally told me I could pay with cash. My food was $5, and I happened to only have ones on me, so I went to pull out 5 ones but they told me I could only pay with a $5 bill. Finally my friend stepped up, who had a 5, and paid for me. I was extremely grateful to her, but extremely mad at the workers, as I thought they were unreasonable. There are many other bad experiences, these are just a few. Not to be mean, but I feel like Chipotle really needs to step up their game. Not to mention that the workers always seem miserable. Went there tonight to order in person thinking we would be able to get a larger serving size then our previous online order that was the smallest serving size my family has ever seen. When we arrived, we found out that we had to use the app only to order food. So back to ordering online. I placed my order at 7:12 to have a pick up time of 7:30. At 7:45, I heard another customer talking with one of the workers who was being informed that they just finished the 7:00 orders and would be working next on the 7:15 order with 81 items to be made for that time slot. What??? Why were we all standing there without any management informing of us of the wait time before we even entered the store???? I canceled my order and left. I will not be back. I stood there for over a half hour watching 5 people cram themselves into the small take out area filling one order at a time. Why didn’t they split into two teams and use the traditional counter to make more orders at the same time??? Who was the genius running this store?? Oh right, she is the one who will be giving me my refund that may take up to a MONTH to process!!!!???? Seriously!!!!????? I’m so done with...
Read moreWe ordered twice on two separate occasions bowls & burritos with chips & queso. First time we let it go. Even though we were charged for it. Tonight we ordered again through the app after a long basketball tournament and again charged for the chips & queso but not here. In addition to that the chicken bowls were salty beyond belief. We were all so upset & hungry. I called the store and they said they ran out of queso and to request a refund from their website. That is ridiculous. I said so if we were dining in & this happened, I would have to request a refund from the website!? I said that’s terrible customer service. Then I spoke with Sharday, the Service Manager and she said if I came back she would replace everything. When I was angry, she was so calm & spoke so nicely that it calmed me down. I ended up having a great experience because of Sharday!!!! Thank you 🙏🏼
Corporate Chipotle should allow the stores to remove an item for the app purchase so the customer doesn’t get charged for something they don’t...
