Came here on a Sunday to finally see what the hype was about. Many of my friends have been coming here for a long time. As a car enthusiast and owner, I was excited. First thing I noticed is the parking issue. It's clear that they never intended to have multiple luxury cars on the property at the same time. The cars end up lining the streets of Madison, all trying to get a safe spot. It's a major traffic concern and I just see things ending poorly there.
As for the actual restaurant, there is a line out the door. This is apparently normal. It moved relatively quickly but based on the food, not really sure why there was a line to begin with. It's clearly just an average coffee shop. The matcha wasn't properly made and very grainy. The Greek yogurt was good they just give more toppings than yogurt. Pastries are good, but nothing I would run there for.
I have also witnessed the team being rude to patrons. With what I saw nothing yielded that response. The people and people who own the cars really make this place, and I was disheartened to see it.
Overall, it's a lot of people and cars in a small space that wasn't designed for it. Considering these cars are rare and highly expensive, I just see this as asking for an accident/lawsuit. I'll continue to go to dealerships and organized car enthusiast events over a coffee shop with 5...

Sunday Motor Co. Cafe is one lovely cafe and one of the busiest for good reason. Not only do they serve very good coffee (especially the lattes), they offer excellent food as well. May be a tad pricey for some but I’m okay with stretching the pocket a bit for good quality and delicious food. The menu is quite simple really but the taste and execution with these simple meals are just on a higher level. I mean i ordered scrambled eggs and I thought it was the best thing ever! How!?!?lol theyre just scrambled eggs - But they cooked it very well that it was just darn delicious!
Even the Farro bowl was very good and my recent order of Chicken salad on the side was delicious. I didnt know grapes on chicken salad could be a thing! Better than raisins! (Okay maybe im biased coz im not a big fan of raisins).
Anyway, interior is lovely and I love that there is both indoor and outdoor seating. Sundays, are of course, the busiest and most crowded as they do have car meet-ups which is pretty cool.
I first really came for the coffee but in the end, i love everything about this place so far. Pastries, decor, coffee, food, staff, service, you name it! Gonna be...
Read moreLet me start from the beginning with the experience. First, walk in and stand in line to order. There are no prices on the wall menu board only on paper menus. No big deal. Very limited beverage menu when it comes to cold beverages. Nice coffee selection. Placed our order at 1:15pm. Got our number and sat down. We ordered a ham and cheese crossant 9.50. A chick pea wrap 11.00. Two ice teas 4.25 each. Drinks came out in 10 min., a little long when they could have given it to us at the register??. We waited 45 minutes to get our food, mind you it was a small 3 oz croissant with about 2 oz of ham and a piece of cheese with black charred rosemary. No condiments. Runner came to the table, gave us our food, and said nothing. A SIMPLE SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG WOULD GO A LONG WAY. The chickpea wrap mix was already pre made because we asked for no red onion but still got. The food was tasty and should have come with chips or even a pickle. Never waited 45 kin for a cold wrap and a melted ham and cheese sandwich. In my opinion, it needs work on speed of service and...
