The cookies are great. I’m rating this location solely off of customer service. So it was my first time picking up Crumbl about 2 weeks ago. As soon as I walked in no one said anything. I don’t believe they have name tags so I can’t call this particular person out by name BUT she’s sort of short brown skin and she has a bigger build (no offense I’m just giving a description). When she finally came over to me she looked absolutely OFFENDED that I was picking up my order. She looked away and opened the box with the most annoyed demeanor and she started shaking her legs as if she was impatient. No eye contact. As my VERY FIRST TIME at Crumbl I was very dissatisfied.
Fast forward to the following week, I was greeted. The same female was there STILL looking annoyed. There was also a girl with a nose piercing with colored hair who just stared at me and started looking at the guy with the dreads. Not sure what that was about. Luckily a friendlier staff member gave me my order after everyone looked around at each other to see who was going to help because no one seemed eager at all. It was definitely a “not it” moment.
Now fast forward to TODAY the rude female wasn’t there. I was greeted by one person when I walked in. But the female with the nose piercing did the same odd thing as last time and just stared at me and then back to the guy the ENTIRE time as if there was some inside joke or secret. Although she was closer to the checkout counter she didn’t say a word to help . Everyone just kind of looked around like last time to see who was going to actually do their job and assist the customer.. God forbid a girl getting what she paid for! It makes me very uncomfortable going inside of this store. Maybe the other locations are better but this is the closest one to me. I noticed the app asks for tips before even receiving your order.. I like to see how the customer service is BEFORE giving a tip. Why would I tip such rude workers?. And as far as this location, I will never give a tip. Anyways, the cookies are great. But not worth it if the customer service is terrible. I’m nice everywhere I go so receiving this in return was a major let down.

Read moreI received a gift card and visited chain for the first time. When I walked in store, no one greeted me. As a matter of fact, no customer was ever greeted. A young lady in back asked me if I needed to order. I placed order and she left register and I completed transaction. She brought cookies and laid on counter. That was her extent of service which I consider very poor. At nearly $4 ($13.89 for 4 cookies) a cookie you would think the owner would ensure there was excellent CS.
The cookies tasted like homemade baked cookies. There wasn’t anything unique about them. They get an A for presentation. The cookies are extremely sweet and have around 40g of carbs each. The cookie was not cooked thoroughly as it tasted more like raw cookie dough the closer I got to middle. The average female should intake 150g crabs daily. BUT most Americans love sugar and this is why they are in business.
It’s in a good location with plenty of parking. I don’t think I’ll visit again as CS is what increases my desire to visit establishments a 2nd time. But if you enjoy extremely sweet cookies and subpar service this...
Read moreThey offer 6 different kinds of cookie each week, and the cookies are on rotation every Sunday. We got here at 7pm, 3 of the 6 cookies were out, so we got one of each, plus an extra snickerdoodle. We ordered from the kiosk chocolate chip, hot chocolate cookie, and two snickerdooles.
Cookies came out within minutes, warm, soft, and gooey. These were about 5" cookies, so they're big. I don't eat a lot of sweets, and I find literally everything remotely sweet to be too decadent, so the chocolate chip and hot chocolate cookie was too sweet for me, the man enjoyed those though 😅 But the snickerdoodle was wonderful! I'd come back for a box of those. Cookies weren't too dense, it was soft, but thick in size. Texture was almost like a cross of cookie and a brownie to us.
They open until 10pm weekdays and 12am on weekend's. The lines were long, but they were pumping cookies out like it was Charlie and the Cookie factory. I highly recommend ordering from the kiosk. We ordered from the kiosk (they have two inside) and got our cookies before the people that ordered at the counter in...
