Worst experience of my life waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes finally decided to back out into a parking stall went into the restaurant tonight I was a second person in line after 15 minutes of waiting I asked the woman in front of me if she had been helped yet she said no and my order was a mobile order that should have been ready 20 minutes ago I waited an additional 5 minutes and then asked the woman that I seen walk past me 20 times in the 15 minutes if there was someone to come and take our order at which time she turned and said I meant to lock the door we're not doing service inside because we ran out of chicken and mind you there was three people standing behind me in line who runs out of chicken it's KFC so I said to her 3 minutes later as I'm standing there dumbfounded so you're telling me you're out of chicken or you're just not servicing the inside because you meant to lock the door because when I pulled up there was eight people in your drive-thru and I waited 25 minutes that time she ignored me like I wasn't standing there did not say a word to me so I left got my car pulled through the drive-thru got up to the speaker and she says welcome to KFC I'm sorry we 're not taking orders at this time we're out of chicken so I wasted 45 minutes of my day and they have no chicken worst customer service...

I mean the Tuesdays I've been here to see you all by yourself and you remained kind which kept all the customers inside waiting kind and agreeing your boss is either lazy or cheap??? Maybe both? Tuesdays are busy...what's it to KFC to hire a few extra people for times of rush or when multiple people call in! Seriously, I want to speak with the GM. What is his deal? People backed up in the drive thru....mobile orders....and lobby. There should be a priority list. Mobile orders should have least priority in my opinion. You guy's call but do something please!!!!
Rodman....should be ROC-Man because he took care of a slightly messed up order and totally turned it around and overly compensated me and even made everything fresh and asked me if I didn't mind waiting an extra 10 minutes for the freshest stuff and I said I have absolutely no problem waiting. I want to thank KFC for hiring a good manager here as I've had problems in the past but no past employee was this good or as complimentary or exquisite as rodman did. Read moreI just went there for lunch today and used the drive thru. The ordering went fine, with the exception that they did not repeat the order back or provide a total. At the window I received the wrong items and had to flag the staff member back to exchange the food with the correct items. No napkins, silverware, or butter for biscuits was given even though I had mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and a biscuit. I once again had to wave my hands to get the staff member back. I requested the napkins, silverware, and butter from them. They seem annoyed that I would ask. The staff member came back with a hand full of napkins and walked away once again. I still didn't get silverware or butter- I decided not to flag them down a third time and left angry. I never got a hello, a thank you, an apology for wrong items or for not getting the basic supplies needed to eat the food. It has taken me almost 2 years to try this location again, hopeful that it had improved, but this experience shows me they have not. I was the only customer they had and I couldn't get even a hint of service or accuracy. I am forever done with this location.
