I typically come to this McDonalds ALL the time!Service has always been pretty good!Today 9/27/2023 I go through the drive meal and order my typical meal. I paid and then moved forward to the next window. I noticed that there were some cars pulled off to wait for their food. I could hear the manager (Constance) fussing at the employees about not getting the orders out. She was rude and condescending to those young people. I waited for about 3 mins and the young man let me know I’d have to pull off to the side and wait as well. I let him know, respectfully, that if I had to wait I’d rather get a refund. I wasnt mad with him at all. Hey I worked for McDonalds as a teen and understand! He let his manager know and after 2 minutes she comes to the window and practically THROWS the food at me and tells me “If you cant wait for the food next time you’ll just get a refund.” with a nasty attitude. At that point I was beyond LIVID. I parked to the side and went in to do just that….GET MY REFUND.! I went off on her. Like I explained to her. I was not rude to that young man and he even vouched for what I said! But what CONSTANCE the manager will NOT do is disrespect me and think that I wouldn’t be pissed. She threatened to call 911 bc I cursed at her. But like I explained to her she pretty much threw that food at me and had the nastiest attitude. I have contacted corporate and waiting for a response back. That woman is beyond rude, disrespectful, and played victim to a situation SHE created. Do better at who you allow to run these restaurants. Those employees didnt deserve her attitude and neither did I. I’ll never go to that McDonalds again! Note: The same gentleman that had been sitting in front of me waiting on his food was still waiting for his food even...
Read moreI have yet to receive so much as a refund or any compensation for my appalling experience. The store manager is non-communicative, and I have yet to be contacted by a district manager as I was told. When I arrived to the drive through we sat for over 10 minutes without as much as an acknowledgment over the speaker. I proceeded inside to get my food I paid for, as I had a hungry 2 year old who desperately needed dinner. Once inside I was originally greeted by a very pleasant young man (I didn’t catch his name but it was the only employee actually working and providing good customer service) who was willing to get me my food, when Emma stepped in and said I’d have to pull through the drive through even though I could actively see them clearing orders on the screen and they needed my receipt to know what I even ordered. Skyler the shift lead had atrocious customer service, poor attitude, lack of work ethic, and seemed to not know his left from rights let alone how to run a competent shift. Skyler then said there was absolutely no way they could just hand me my food. When I eventually was able to make it back through the drive through after unnecessarily waiting in line again, Skyler seemed reluctant to give out your business card and handed me a card offering hiring as well which felt like it was meant as a personal dig. Emma was at the second window and tried to say they placed my order on the counter but we “left” when she and Skyler were the ones to deny handing it to me over the counter in the first place. This is appalling and I would never treat a customer the way I...
Read moreI went to the drive-through and got 2 hot fudge sundaes for a friend of mine and myself… the first hot fudge sundae was fine, the cap was on securely to hold the ice cream and fudge inside as I handed it to my friend. The second hot fudge sundae… Not so much! The cap was loose and the ice cream and fudge was starting to drip on my hand. as I sat in the drive-through with napkins, trying to clean up the mess, the lady came back to the window and asked if we needed something else… I showed her what she gave me and she took it from me and put it in a kids, dessert container, and gave it back. As we drove off, we realized they gave us a fork and knife, instead of spoons… So, we parked and I went inside to trade the fork and knives for spoons… As I waited at the counter for maybe three minutes, the guy that went to get me spoons came back and admitted that they did not have any more spoons, and that’s why we got a fork and knife. I asked him if they should be selling hot fudge sundaes if they don’t have the utensils to eat them with. He said that corporate would not allow them to stop selling it, and they were just advised to service it with a fork and knife as a utensil. This is ridiculous! Nevertheless, as I’m writing this review, I’m eating my hot fudge sundae...
