Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Madison

I ordered a bowl and asked for chicken. The lady here scooped up a decent portion of chicken, then proceeded to put half the scoop on my bowl and put the spoon back with half the chicken still on it. Im sure the management here has probably taught employees this trick on how to be stingy and sneaky so they dont have to give as much chicken. I then asked for double meat and she no joke picked up one piece of chicken and added it to my bowl. You would think she gets paid a bonus for getting away with giving you the least amount of protein possible. They load your bowl up to the brim with rice and give you only a dash of chicken. And on top of that, the chicken is so finely chopped up. The place just makes you feel like they dont care about quality at all and only care about scamming their customers. My wife and I ate at Moe's in Madison yesterday evening. The first thing I noticed was all the servers were not wearing gloves when handling g the food. Second thing, as we were paying at the register, the employee put the paper receipt on our food. And finally, as we were eating, the table behind us knocked over a drink on the floor. The young man who was task to clean it up basically just moved the spilled drink over the floor and put a wet floor sign up. He made no attempt to put up the ice or try to dry the floor. My wife is a stroke victim and a fall is out of the question. This was probably our last visit to this Moe's until things change for the better. My wife also noticed one of the young employees texting on his phone while standing near the serving line. Please make some necessary adjustments so the public won't get sick or fall in this...

I wish I can give this place 0 stars just for the pm shift. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:30 pm. I glanced in through the window and saw 2 team members laughing, in which I thought that it would be a great atmosphere. When I went inside, no one greeted me, so I said hello. The guy that was going to build my order looked at me and walked straight to the back without saying anything, so I’m just standing there . Then he came up from the back out on gloves and just stood there looking at me. The look on his face and his attitude was very rude , and did not make me feel welcome at all. I left without getting dinner for the night after a very long day of work. This is not a cheap place to eat and, I deserve the respect and customer service that the company hired these people to provide. I can take my $40 to a full service restaurant and be treated...
