Ordered mobile in store pickup. Arrived 25 min later or so and order was not ready, no big deal. They were busy. Only 3 or 4 barista working. Understand the frustration on the barista part (10-15 inside customers) and drive thru was backed up single file (one lane closed) to the entrance turn of the drive thru. My issue is the attitude depicted by the taller male appearing barista ( dark complexion with painted nails) and the shorter dark complexion curly hair lady that seemingly snarled at every order that had more then 1 item in it. I ordered a cold coffee drink, 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 pastries and a dessert for 3 different people between 3-4pm on a Friday (12-20-24). The dark complexion male barista was snappy when asking if I had a order to pick up. I gave him my order number and he asked if there was a name associated with the order number as if that wasn't enough information. He hastily made several people's drinks and was roughly and audibly tossing kitchen utensils around the counter after finishing drinks. No one in que for their drinks were impatient or rude but the barista himself. All my food was delayed 5-8 minutes or so after receiving my drink which was understandable but the short dark complexion lady made a comment about "that order has a lot of food" and the dark complexion male barista said loudly he was "not surprised". All of this spitefulness was not appropriate or appreciated and I was never rude, or impatient. The heavier set younger light complexion guy that actually made ALL my food was sincere and apologetic for the delay and I thanked him and left with my hot fresh food and my single drink. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And if you work here, I wish you the best truly. There is no reason to take out your frustration on innocent customers. To continue doing a job your not content with, is your own fault and Starbucks doesn't pay anyone well enough to stick around so to think you need a job here over...
Read moreI've been living in this area for almost 2 years. I have been in this location a few times and usually am treated well. Unfortunately, Jordan is prejudice against black people. I came in to place an order and I was with my service dog. As soon as we got it there was another WHITE man with his service dog and the dog barked at us as soon as we came in. My dog did not bark back AT ALL. Then I placed my order and was told by Jordan that we need to go outside. At first, I did because really I wanted to sit outside. But then I saw the other gentleman wasn't going outside, so I came back in and informed him that I will not go outside unless the other gentleman did. He continued to tell me we must leave "because he heard my dog bark". I told him the other dog barked at us when we came in and he claimed not to hear it. I stayed and Jordan felt it necessary to call the cops on me and ask "me" to leave. But the other gentleman was not asked to leave. I GLADLY left and reported this incident to corporate. The agent at corporate assured me the GM will be calling me back within 48 hours. IF that happens and something is done to this employee, I will amend this post. Until then, I won't visit...
Read moreI came here on yesterday and ordered a breakfast sandwich. When I got it the bacon was not cooked. I called the store and the person that answered the phone was not helpful at all. I told her that the bacon was not done she okay I’ll tell the manager. I said I didn’t eat the sandwich she said what do want me to do about it sorry but that was not how she should have said it so I ask for a manager. Chelsea gets on the phone and was not helpful either the way she talk to me was like I was trying to get something for free. She said well you will need to bring in proof of receipt and either can get a refund or remake. I said wow never heard of this from Starbucks and been going for years. I told her I have the sandwich I’ll bring it cause I ordered through the app and would like a refund cause that’s not how you handle a situation. Also ask for her who was her boss she said I can’t give that information out but I did call and report to Starbucks.
