— my husband and i ate at this restaurant for the first night tonight, and let me tell you, it was a slam-dunk. 10/10 .. the ladies treated us with warm hospitality and after learning it was our first visit, took the time to explain the menu and detail their best sellers. — the wings were EXCEPTIONAL. not too wet or dry and my goodness they were nice and crispy! by far the best wings we have had since moving here 3-4 years ago. not to mention the restaurant was CLEAN. AND we noticed they knew most every pickup customer by NAME! we were reminded tonight that customer service does still exist, and they will see us again…and very OFTEN!
p.s. they checked on a young gentlemen sitting beside us and asked if he needed anything which we at first didn’t think anything about! UNTIL… he got up and we realized he had on their t-shirt and was just on his break! if you treat your employees with such care, we will support your business 10-fold! SO IMPRESSED Y'ALL.. i haven't wrote a review in a long while, but they...
Read moreThis was at The Wing Night. I went to this establishment for the first time and at first I loved the customer service but when my son opened the refrigerator to get a coke he put it back because he said it was priced too high, the manager accused him of stealing a coke. And when I spoke with the manager and asked her to show me the tape, she stated that they do not show the tape to patrons. My son has NEVER been accused of stealing and this deeply hurt his feelings. Newsflash not all young black men steal, some children has been raised right and for this I will not ever eat here again and I will tell my family and friends to make sure if they eat at this establishment do not allow your child to open the refrigerator unless they want to be accused of stealing a $2 coke. And had I known she had accused my son of stealing I would’ve canceled my order and requested my $54 back because I will not pay an establishment to...

For one thing, there is an odd smell - like an industrial cleaner kind of smell. It's distracting when you're trying to savor wings. They do something about that. We had hoped that the downtown location would make it more of a casual restaurant, maybe a place to have a beer with your wings. Instead, it's just a less convenient takeout set-up than the old location. That said, they make darn fine wings to eat...
