CAUTION! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IF YOU USE A CARD! Used to be great, we WERE loyal customers for years. A few incidents changed that and absolutely never again now! Last year the paycard I was using in the store was insufficient (Amazon messed up) so I left and came back with a different card. It charged the second card fine, but the next day there was a partial charge taken from the first card. When I called the manager to correct it, he cut me off with a nasty attitude, and had confused me with another person needing a refund! When we went to get the cash since he couldn't figure out how to reverse a charge, he was completely unapologetic with no concern money was drafted from two cards for the same order. Wouldn't even face us and had someone else do it while he went and hid. Didn't go there for at least 6 months. Now, early tues I called them to check their delivery hours under quarantine, as my husband gets home from work late, I was told they were til 11. I ordered online around 10:30 and soon got a call that my order was canceled and they were closed. I told her an employee(who I heard confirm with others before she told me) said 11. Suddenly it was because their delivery driver's car broke down. It was the worst excuse made up on the spot. Its an obvious lie, since she didn't lead with that, or offer me a chance to pick it up myself. I really don't like being lied to and having my intelligence insulted, worst customer service ever. Because of this I had no choice but to waste money on nasty Dominos, but at least they delivered and don't overcharge. The charge has not been reversed, so your store has made it clear TWICE now that they don't mind STEALING. How many other people have you stolen from? Don't even come at me with that canned reply to give feedback. I took a survey before any of this happened and not only was my feedback not considered (the website is still trash), but I also warned you all about the legal liability of bait and switch. Don't spam an offer to get something free for a survey, have them do that work for you, and then reveal the t&c's at the end that makes it a regular Sunday coupon, purchase of a full price menu item is not disclosed until after. I really, really want to know how an order that was declined in store was charged on a completed sale and how my other order was cancelled but not refunded. Either you're comfortable with high legal liability with very bad POS system, or this store is cool with managers stealing from customers.

However, the payment did go through. The card was declined because of a duplicate charge for the same transaction. So, before leaving the store I showed the shift manager I was told it would be reversed within two days. After two days with no action, I returned to try to address the issue. First the district manager was too busy to address the issue. When he finally did get involved, he said it would have to go through corporate to fix it and return money to the first card.    Read moreLove their pizza and salads. Gave 4 stars because I went to get my pizza at the time it said it would be done. It was busy so they were runign by behind but it wasn't a problem. The problem was that my order was done after 10 minutes, the girl looks at my receipt and tells me it's not ready but gives everyone else their orders. so I'm waiting for them to do whatever but nothing, it just sat there. Finally after 20 more minutes someone else had to stop what they were doing and hand me my pizza but it was already cold. I was so frustrated. If I had known I would be there for 30 minutes and leave with a cold pizza I would have just done delivery. The food was still good just had a good just had to heat it up.
