Vic's Burgers, Cheesesteaks & fries — Restaurant in Madisonville

My family and I decided to try Vic’s for the first time about 2 months ago. My husband and I were expecting it be just like any other place and it be just average. Boy were we wrong!!!! We pulled in the drive thru and ordered, and even when taking the order the person was very attentive & friendly and made sure they heard our order correctly. When we got to the windows the lady at the 1st window greeted us and talked with us (as we waited for the car in front of us) as if we were family. Then we get to the second window, instead of just ignoring us until our food was ready the guy greeted us there too and let us know they were working on our order. And boy when he opened that window you could smell the food 😋 it smelt sooo good! We were hoping the food tasted as good as it smelt. We waited for a good bit which I don’t mind if it means the food is fresh. We then got home about a 10 minute drive got everything pulled out and was expecting it to just be warm, they had it all wrapped up so good that our food was still hot! And we were very surprised by the taste of everything. The flavor & freshness of everything we ordered was perfect! We have been back a couple times since then and each time is just as good as the first time! And we have tried everything on their menu. We definitely recommend them to anyone who hasn’t tried them yet. The prices are great especially for what you’re getting! And the staff there treat you like family! I hope & pray this business continues to thrive...

Where to start. Wanted to try a spread of food to give it a fair shake. I got the Philly whole add mushrooms with mayo no mustard (strange to add that but eh options) husband gave it a 10/10 bread to meat was great. Seasoning was perfect! Cheese fries were great "like Captain D's but better." Cheese sticks are nice and thick not to overwhelmed with breading so gets bonus points for that! I had the smash burger single, caramelized onions instead of raw, that's the move!! Came with tom,let,cheese,pickles,mayo and a fluffy bun. Cheese fries are amazing!! Husband said" best food I've ever had in Madisonville.....ever!" And I completely agree!! Wait time wasn't crazy from the time I ordered till I was otw home was only 30 minutes but keep in mind all the food I ordered. There were several people ahead of me but that didn't seem to effect much. Food was hot and fresh. The workers were super friendly a refreshing change to most "fast food" employees these days. Can't find a fault tbh. I hope this is the norm and they stay in business and don't waver from this standard! Highly recommend!!! Good job guys...

I love this place. I have never gotten anything less than the best hot fresh food and I've been there a lot since they opened. Only thing I would say wouldn't be my favorite is there chicken parm, it's just the sauce not the chicken. I still order it sometimes to change things up but it's not my first pick. My husband loves it it's just not my cup of tea. I love their cheese sticks but often drink the marina with my bite of cheese stick instead of dipping. I have hypersensitive taste buds so maybe it's just the lack of a seasoning I'm used to. It is all still wonderful. We have tried everything on the menu. They do not have phone in orders because everything is practically made to order, but I would rather wait in a line to get fresh food from them than go anywhere else the majority of the time. The prices are really good but there are no combo prices. Drinks are separate prices. We don't usually get drinks to save money since you can't eat there. The last thing I will mention is the people there are an absolute delight they appreciate...
