Ahhh!! Where do I begin?! I recently visited this amazing coffee shop and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I drove up, l was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner clearly has a passion for what she does, and it shows in every aspect of the shop. The coffee was exceptional, with rich flavors and perfectly smooth espresso. I ordered a Raspberry White Mocha and the espresso was without flaw. Most places burn their shots so I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure every customer felt special. This stand needs more training and the girls need to take their time. We love the Bend stand but every time we are going out of town and hit the Madras stand it is severely lacking in service and the drinks are never right. I ordered an oat milk chai and got a chai with 2% and it tasted like a steamer there was so much milk. Also got a gift card and asked her to scan for my points multiple times and she forgot so I missed out on $30 worth of points. They just were in such a rush that I had to keep reminding her of things because she kept forgetting. Will be continuing to go to the Bend stand from now on and skipping this one. Not only did we wait for a LONG time with just one car in front of us and then for our 3 drinks but when we got our coffees they were iced...we'd asked for hot. So, instead of remaking them, they obviously just took out the ice and heated them up and gave them back to us. Super watered down coffees were the result. Disgusting and we had a long drive ahead of us and needed the pick me up. We called to tell them and they said, "ok we'll do something to work on that, goodbye." Not professional at all.
