Taco Bell — Restaurant in Madras

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I ordered food online. I paid with my credit card. I was notified after paying that I have to give my name at the drive-thru box. I work across the street, Madras has two one-way routes down i-97. I had to go all the way around and back up just to get my food and then wait in line while there was at least 20 vehicles. I have a co-worker that has to leave at a certain time, I did this out of convenience. Bamboozled by the bell again. I photographed this nonsense too. Photos of the line I had to wait inwhile waiting to say my name at the box. Mind-you I work across the street. After 30 minutes I had to leave. I checked my bank account and I have been charged for Taco Bell's food that I never received. I could not stay any longer, and they wouldn't answer the lobby door. You MUST give your name at the drive-through speaker. I did give my name at the drive-through speaker. They told me to pull forward and wait, and I did, but I just COULDN'T wait any longer My coworker had to leave.. also attaching a photo of where I paid for this order. I guess tomorrow I will file a police report, I'm too busy right now I'm at work and hungry. I feel like they stole from me, I paid for food/services and was tended nothing. It actually cost a great deal of my time.

If I could give less than one star I would, worst Taco Bell experience EVER.. There's a line of individuals getting refund. I'm literally on my work break right now trying to get a refund, I'm out of time to eat. Plenty of employees, for some reason they prioritize the drive through customers though. Madras Taco Bell Negative 4 stars. If Taco Bell is reporting the photo, that's fine. I'll just keep reuploading them. I remember this day. It's the day Taco Bell stole $10 from me. Came for the tacos, left with diarrhea, dispair, and regret.

I came by on my lunch break, thinking a quick taco would be a tasty treat. Boy, was i mistaken. I walked into the lobby to find a family of 15 that were the white version of the Klumps. They were literally shoveling tacos into their faces where cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes were flying around the tables and were covering the tile floor. All the while there was "WAP" by Cardi B blasting at full volume over the speaker system.

I avoided eye contact and went to the counter where i was screamed at by a distressed looking employee to "ORDER YOUR FOOD AT THE KIOSK AS WE ARE SHORT STAFFED AND CANT MAN THE FRONT COUNTER, THANKS ALOT JOE BIDEN!!!!". I ordered my 3 items and proceeded to a table to wait.

After roughly 15 minutes of waiting in horror as the Klumps were still slinging food every direction and making squealing sounds as they faceplant into their Burrito Supremes, a very upset woman comes storming into the lobby and screamed at the top of her lungs "WHERE'S THE G@DD@?!N MANAGER, I'VE BEEN WAITING 45 MINUTES FOR A F$@KIN TACO IN THE DRIVE-THRU!!!!". The employee shouted back, "WE DON'T HAVE ONE.WE ARE SHORTER STAFFED THAN AN HAWAIIAN FIRE DEPARTMENT!!!" The Karen stormed back out with her arms in the air screaming about how she's taking her business to Taco Time, where they are fully staffed and tacos are high quality.

I finally got my food after roughly 30 minutes of waiting. I ate my food and then had the worst diarrhea of my life roughly 2 hours later, where I literally blew up the toilet of the first convenience store i could find. (sorry Texaco)

It was great and I mean that. The employees working tonight especially September 18th, 2022. I was placing a order using the drive thru! Which prompted the interaction. Which initially caught off guard I had a very awesome employee take my order. Her tone was a little fragile but in good manner also the sound of a mature lady . I enjoyed ! Driving up the the window to pay I noticed it’s a young man, at quick glance i note that he is in fact not wearing a headset.. who took my order? I nonchalantly brush this off. Therefore the gentleman is working to get and give me my food when ready. I look down, I’ve been checking my phone. Wondering if the lady from last night gathering number was genuine or not. As I look back my order is ready ! And quick aswell!
