All you locals that think the food is great obviously ain t ever ate at a real authentic place...the food was edible, that's it. Hardly any of the combo plates come with rice and beans, unless you want to pay extra, or a third item choice, chips were stale and salsa tasted like a mushed up tomato, and on the off chance you wanted more they charge you extra, and serving ground beef is not authentic. I asked the gentleman if he would put the world series game on, and I was just disregarded. I nevertheless gave the man his tip, even though he never came to my table once after bringing my plate...if I had known that taco shop were there on corner, I would have never went in this...

I had to explain to them that bones underneath a bunch of toppings is a choking hazard. I then asked to swap my plate out for a grilled cheese (youād think thereās no way you can mess up something as simple as a grilled cheese) and the bread was still white and soft with some barely melted Kraft singles in the middle. Terrible service, food was bland, this place is so terrible that not even a homeless person would eat it. The food here has always been great. Standard Ameri-Mex food with an old world Mexico flair and ambiance. Family owned and operated, so sometimes there's a few extra minutes getting your order, but it's always worth the wait. Hot, tasty and filling.
