Panaderia Las Cuatas — Restaurant in Madras

I love this bakery! I’ve been a frequent customer for years! The Owners are very nice and make you welcomed. Most times we’re here the for pastries, they have maintained thier quality which I appreciate. However, in my last visit my experience wasn’t so great. I purchased one of thier jelly filled pastries and this time it had NO jelly filling. On the outside it looked normal but on the inside it look as if someone sucked out the filling with a straw. I understand that inflation has been affecting cost production in l everything but this left me feeling ripped off. My suggestion would be to maintain quality over quantity. I would also suggest changing up the type of pasties periodically. I love the frosted cookie please bring back. In all I love the people there and overall atmosphere. I hope they read this...
