Unfortunately I need to update my review after a few incidents over the past year or so and especially the incident tonight. I'll try and be as thorough and fair as I can be so people know the good things and the bad things because it's definitely a mix. First off, the app in my opinion has the biggest sway in the kind of product you're getting. It really does save you money like it says it does when you pick up but although it says it will save you time by planning ahead my experience is it gets messed up ordering online and often takes a considerable amount more time. I would never order delivery off this app. It costs a lot more and they have not once gotten our order correct. It goes through door dash and they either forget something or bring it to the wrong place without fail. Up until not too long ago the drive thru with online ordering has worked fine. Lately we've noticed it taking a little longer than if we just drove up and it didn't bother us too much because it gives you a time and we also like them made fresh. Lately it's been saying it's ready, we go and then wait a considerable amount of time after. This is frustrating because the whole point of ordering ahead is so that we can be efficient. It always says it's ready and usually I've noticed that once it says ready in their system they will prioritize every other customer before you because whatever milestone was reached they needed to. Tonight was particularly unfortunate. Ordered 8:45, ready 9:05 we get to drive thru 9:05 because we're close. We're given a number and told it will be out in a few minutes. A little frustrating after we came when it said it was ready but still understandable. 9:15 not here still so I call. Someone says it is going in the oven now and says they had to push it thru their system before they could start making it. (Why have a system like that? Why alert people it's ready before you start making it?) 9:30 rolls around, we've seen like twenty people get their orders but a lot of the other orders also seem like they're getting annoyed at the time it's been. Many people have gone threw the drive thru and just gotten served. Normally I'd say, 'no worries maybe they ordered ahead' thing is we also ordered ahead and it told us they were ready 25 minutes ago. My wife flags down the gentleman bringing out pizzas and asks about ours. They say they can't find it in their system. He goes in to look again around 9:35 apologizing and saying we could get a free soda and/or crazy bread or something. 9:40 we get our cold pizza brought to us and he leaves before my wife can ask if we could still get a freebie for sitting there so long. Additionally the pizza is not cut all the way through and seems like it has been done for some time and definitely not fresh out of the oven. On the flip side, the day staff is phenomenal and very quick and kind. One of the managers especially always has a huge smile. If you're going here be wary of the app and try not to go late at night. KIDS had almost no eye contact, acknowledgment, empathy or honesty. When I initially placed the order, the cashier at the drive-up menu said, "Extra most bestest will take 20 minutes but pepperoni coming out now." I then said I wanted a pepperoni pizza and that is all we ordered! If they would have told us 20 or 15 minute wait, we would have SIMPLY LEFT. They took our money and wasted our time instead. I was ill so waiting in the cold car with my bf (who works overtime and goes to school full time) for nearly 20 minutes is not my cup of tea. I told the female representative "Coming out of the oven means one to three minutes." I told them I wanted my money BACK and the representative proceeded to explain someone ELSE'S pizza would be coming out of the oven BEFORE ours. I scolded, "It takes 8 minutes for a pizza to cook and one minute for it to be placed in the oven. We have been waiting for 20 minutes and we want our money back!" They should have anticipated the busy traffic due to the approaching MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF THE YEAR. People are shopping tonight to get gifts for their fellow students, teachers, co-workers, friends and family too! People that shop/get gifts ready don't like to cook. They then messed up our order three times charging us each time and then refunding us. Finally got the right order and paid for it and waited out front for our food. Waited for over 30 minutes with about 5 other cars waiting with us. Watched inside as they lined the counter with food and were passing it out the drive thru window at NEW CUSTOMERS, making the EXISTING ONES who have waited over 30 minutes KEEP WAITING. Finally went inside and asked for a refund. Then the counter attendants looked at me like deer in headlights... and asked what order? They didnt know what my order was or that I WAS EVEN OUTSIDE WAITING. I told them there are About 5 other cars OUTSIDE WAITING for their orders while they were pushing food thru the drive thru. They said “what other people? Oh we didn’t know” all the while the people in their cars were staring at them the ENTIRE TIME!
