This may be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I was passing through the area around 7:30pm and decided to stop off to grab a quick "fast" food meal. I'm not sure if they do not use the same menu as other Taco Bell's or if they are simply ignorant to what the standard menu is everywhere else. I asked for (2) $5 craving boxes and was told they do not have them. I then asked for the Toasted Cheddar Chalupa that they had a large sign posted advertising and was told they do not carry it. I mentioned that they have a sign posted that it is a menu option and rather than "I'm sorry about that" I was told yet again "well we don't carry it" as if I was a bother for notifying them of something that needs to be corrected. I tried to go the safer route and just ordered (2) taco salads as my 3rd choice. I decided to help any future customer's with the confusion and did the managers job and got out and removed the sign that was promoting the Toasted Cheddar Chalupa so not to confuse anyone else or cause a bother to the drive-thru employee that was quite rude. I handed the sign to the drive-thru attendant and she says "oh well this is a promo"... I was tempted to say "you cannot promote what you don't carry" but common sense just said let it go. I paid and waited (20 minutes as the first car in line with no apology for the wait or inconvenience about what they do not have). I was tempted to ask for a refund but then noticed the sign posted "NO REFUNDS AT THIS LOCATION"... wish I would have seen that before I paid because the need to post a sign like that indicates there is something seriously wrong... After finally making it home the shells were stale with cold lumpy beans. What stands out in my mind is the cluelessness, carelessness, and laziness that I witnessed. I will never go back to this location and I encourage anyone who reads this to stay away. This store is an embarrassment to the Taco Bell & KFC corporations as well as the town...

Had many bad experiences in the past at this location, however we have gone numerous times in the past six months and have seen SERIOUS improvements. Eating inside vs drive through definitely makes a difference(though drive through has improved too.) The staff have been friendly and helpful. Food comes out fast, hot, and right! Tonight we had some items from both the TB and KFC menu, the woman at the register was super nice and greeted us, kindly took our order and let us know ahead of time that the wings take extra time. She brought our tacos out first so we didn’t have to wait and brought fresh and tasty wings with a couple sauce suggestions for us to try. All around a good time! Three stars for atmosphere only because it’s always always an ice box in there 🥶 😂 ——————————————— Literally the worst Taco Bell which is so sad bc I want to love it. Every time I finally convince my husband to try again it’s awful 😅 lonngggg wait after ordering (20+ mins almost every time.) They always make you pull the the front which sucks bc when they drop your food off it’s almost always missing requested sauces or items, by the time you drive back around they want you to wait in the line again to get your stuff. Get home and check your food and the burritos aren’t rolled everything is a mess, toppings and burrito insides all squished out all over the paper. Super bummer. Read moreI just went through the drive thru here. Ordered a lot of food. Gave the lady the money. She asked if I had the change because they can’t make change. So I have here the change. The amount of money I gave her was more because I figured they could break a bill. She never gave me my money back. She was reluctant to give me a receipt and asked me to drive forward for the remainder of my order. When I asked where my change was they refused to give me my money saying they didn’t owe me any. I looked at the receipt and the lady typed in the exact change. I told them I would wait for the till to be counted. The “manager” came back out two minutes later and said she was short a couple dollars due to not being able to make change but otherwise was even. Manager said even if I was owed change she couldn’t give it to me because she doesn’t have the authority. First off it takes longer than two minutes to count till. Then I called corporate and they said she can issue money out of the till. I was told to come back tomorrow to talk to another manager because she wasn’t the correct type of manager to handle this.
